Tim Bullock and his team made my home buying experience remarkable. This was the first time I had ever bought a house on my own and I was prepared to be really stressed out. I never had to wonder what was going on, what was needed, or what step of the process we were on. They were constantly communicating with me and the agents so we were all on the same page. From the time I first talked to Tim about starting the process to actually closing, I never had to worry. They are amazing!

After dealing with other organizations on a Home Refinance program, even my current mortgage company, no one could match the monthly payment and the time to close on the new home mortgage. The agent kept me informed as to what was going on with the process and the paperwork. I highly recommend Union Home Mortgage as a company you will want to contact and deal with.

Don't use Union Home mortgage. They will sell your loan off quickly even if they tell you differently. I have purchased 2 homes with them, both have been transferred. I even decided to come back after they did it on my first home, the rep said they no longer do that. That they maintain and service the loans... I would make my payments to them for the life of the loan.... Nope, 2 years later I was pawned off. Dont waste your time with union home mortgage. Customer service is not there after your purchase.. Not to mention my escrow payments where never correct and always meesed up...

I have been happy with the service from Union Home Mortgage. However please beware they use Cenlar to service their loans .. this is the company you will have to deal with for the life of the loan for payments and any issues . Please do your research and look at their reviews on line .. if I could give them a negative 100 stars I would. They do not follow up on any issues . We had issues with our first mortgage with getting budget draft set up for bi weekly payments since they will not allow the customer to send partial payments to them . it took months to get it right after many phone calls and being extremely upset and frustrated. It had to be escalated to a top supervisor. So then with the good interest rates we decided to refinance .. UHM offered a good interest rate so we did it . Here we are again .. months of issues with setting up budget draft and broker promises of it being done AND they short paid our home insurance premium and for 2.5 months I have been told it will be taken care of. . Remember Union Home Mortgage you will only have to deal with for a few months until you close . After that you will need to deal with Cenlar for 30 Yrs ? Shame on Union Home Mortgage for using them , that shows a lack of concern for their customers after obtaining your business. DO YOUR RESEARCH !! BBB lists them with a 1 star ⭐️ .. 1039 Complaints against them and 418 in the last 12 months alone !!

Union Home is absolutely the best! Rene H, our loan officer, made the whole process easy and quick!! He was very friendly and always responded to any questions I had!. Highly recommend Union Home Mortgage to anyone looking to get a home loan!!!

John Baker was my loan officer at UHM. His attention to detail, communication, knowledge of the industry, and overall personality was magnanimous. The housing market is extremely tumultuous right now. It was nice having John's leadership and guidance through the journey.

UHM is the best lender to get a mortgage from. Every worker there went above and beyond to close my loan. I was able to move into my dream home very quickly.

Fantastic re-finance experience. Ryan Heyman was the best. I had already worked with him on a previous re-finance and again, he proved himself to be excellent. The whole re-finance process took less than 10 days.

In my opinion, UHM sets the standard for others in the industry to emulate. For anyone on the fence whether to use this group to assist with mortgage needs, you won't be disappointed as long as you do your part.

Tim & his team single handedly destroyed my father-in-laws credit Also he speaks with out having the facts at hand spouting out numbers that were not relative to our situation. If you use the be ware they can drag out a simple process & make it unbearable I personally won't look to them when I purchase my home they are not for the customer.
