Union Bank Peyton Dr, Chino Hills

This bank is by far the best in service compared to all the other big banks. The branch manager Curtis and the bankers are very professional. The loan officer Aris went above and beyond and made sure our loan closed on time , and yes it closed 10 days earlier than anticipated. He kept us updated throughout the process and made it a very easy process .Thank You to the awesome Union Bank Team !

This bank makes you feel at home. I know the managers, loan officers, and tellers by their first names. They've always have taken care of all of my concerns quickly and professionally. I wouldn't go else where for any of my banking needs.

A $5 fee to cash a check drawn on this bank is insulting. I've wanted to switch to a smaller bank exactly because of fees like this charged by the big national banks, but Union Bank will never have my business.

I am very disappointed with this bank in chino hills. I have been with union bank for over 20 years and this is the first time that a teller from the bank doesn't want to cash my check because I don't have enough money in my account. This is ridiculous. I never have that problem before and been with Union Bank for the first time in 20 years.Very disappointed!

All of the employees are very helpful and always professional. They always make sure large checks are confirmed with us before cashing. We are definitely happy with their service.
