I have been banking here for 5 years and LIz and Emily have been awesome to work with. Very professional. Last week a loud mouth customer who took issues with wearing a mask threw a massive tantrum in the office about the delay, and Liz handled it quite professionally. The mark of good character is how customers are treated, even when they are out of control. Good job Liz and Emily. A very professional setup.

I have been working with Liz the last several years for all of my banking needs. When my mother passed away recently she was so professional and courteous. Her knowledge proved to be invaluable when working with my mom's estate accounts. She also just assisted me with a HELOC and she made the process seamless and very timely. Umpqua bank has always had exceptional service until recently. Since Covid 19, their local branch has been open only by appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous, since EVERY OTHER bank is open to the public with a mask. They are also shut down at lunch time, when most people are trying to do their banking. On top of having to make an appointment, they do not answer their phones during regular business hours either. So how is one supposed to make an appointment, if you cannot reach them by phone? If I could give 0 stars, I would.

If your store has a drive-thru option, that can be still be utilized as before. Some locations do not have enough staffing available to remain open during lunch hours, and for that, we are very sorry. Please also accept our apology for the phone wait times. We are answering all calls in the order they are received, as quickly as we can. Ideally, we would like all your interactions with us to be a positive one, and back up our reputation as having excellent customer service. Horrible service. Rude, long waits and no communication between company and customers NOR between different employees within the same company. They all cite different rules or company policies that contradict another employee and simply insist the other employee was wrong. Gave them a few years. Canceling my account now. This is ridiculous. Save yourself. Choose any other bank.

Emily is fantastic. Her Manager Liz is loud, rude and inconsiderate of customers and others. Shame on Umpqua for allowing this type of behavior from a Manager.

I just love this place! I opened up my first account here with Mr.Joel and he was excellent, the nice ladies upfront offered me coffee too and even taught me a little bit of Umpquas' history! Over all just a wonderful experience, one thing I hate though, even if it is for security reasons, is they have to personally buzz you in through the doors. Gets a little obnoxious but it very well may be worth it! :) 10/10 A++ Bank!
