Umpqua Bank Sw 152nd St, Burien

Do NOT use this branch if you need to deal with the manager at all! She has been nothing but rude to me since I started going there and to my family. Now she is trying to block me from everything I am legally allowed to do and she is not allowed to do that I found out after calling the Umpqua Corporate Office. Luckily the corporate office was nice enough to work with me and tell me what rights I have. Their recommendation is to not go to this branch anymore. Otherwise they seem to be a great bank.

I have been using umpqua bank for several years now and it is extremely we'll run along with it's employees offering the highest quality service , most especially Lynda Iserno Katlin, miki and every other person who I failed to mention. I must admit that I can be a difficult customer at times,yet Umpqua employees always treat me with a kindness and graciousness unbecoming. Came in here to get change for a $100 bill about a month ago. Place was empty with two tellers and a manager on staff. Plenty of means and opportunity to help out with my needs available. I was told since I didnt have an account I couldnt get change from this bank. Bank of America next door, was busy with a full line queue and the tellers there gave me the change I needed. Umpqua's lack of desire to serve will be a deciding factor should I decide to obtain a bank account in the future.

I have been a customer of this branch for over 20 years. This is the best banking experience I have had since I left the East Coast. They are always friendly and the service is personal.

Best bank staff in the world, I wish they were located near where I live! They welcome customers by name, and their service is courteous, professional and efficient.

linda and her staff are great , when my I D was stolen linda noticed all the activity on my accts. and called me and stopped everything changed my accts and saved my rear

Was a WaMu, then Sterling Savings, now Umpquah. Still a friendly place with plenty of parking.
