UMe Credit Union Magnolia Blvd, Burbank

I have been with UMe for several years and Frank is what makes banking there such an extraordinary experience. On the exterior, UMe has catchy slogans that make you want to inquire within, but it is difficult to maintain any sort of a relationship that fails to promote substance, value, spontaneity, openness, and gravitas. This is where UMe SHINES. How? By hiring people that create more than a bank. Take Frank, for example. From the moment you meet him, you will find him to be soft spoken, kind, patient, thoughtful, intelligent, and determined to exceed every one of your expectations. He is everything UMe promises to be, and everything they aspire to be.

Great credit union. Rarely a line inside. Open, clean and professional. Love the free hot chocolate! If you want to check out a Credit Union I suggest this one.

I would never recommend this place. I have occasionally used their ATM as a convenience but no longer: despite using a card that is 100% on their system from Logix Credit Union (who get 5 stars in my book) their ATM refused me service and then kept my card. With their lobby closed I had no recourse but to go to my branch and get a new card. While there I called UMe and somehow was first in line but on hold for almost 5 minutes. The rep then answered and the line went dead. I couldn’t say stay away from them any more. Amateur hour here folks. Thank you Logix for helping where UMe failed.

The Best staff and excepcional customer service.! Robert Lopez is an amazing banker. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable with a great attitude! He helped me thru a couple of processes. You can hear or feel a smile thru an email or call. I can not say enough of the service I have received.

I sent a check to my grandson's Vanguard 529 college fund account . Vanguard cashed the check for 2x the amount written on the check!! I called UMe and spoke with Jesenia. Jesenia and UMe's accounting department worked to get the funds reimbursed to my checking account within a week. What a relief! Jesenia was so professional and helpful. Kudos to UMe for helping me resolve the situation.

Every time I walk into UMe Credit Union I have the best experience. The tellers are friendly. Opening a checking account was so simple. And if my young kids come along with me, they enjoy the iPads (with fun kids apps) in the waiting area. I love that UMe is so involved in our community- packing care boxes in the parking lot for soldiers was really fun and special for my kids to participate in. I highly recommend this bank!

A++ for UMe Credit Union. I never knew I could *love* a financial institution/bank. I often have unique situations with my business account, dealing with many different clients from large corporations to individual human beings - it's been great knowing I have UMe to count on. As a customer, I always feel that I'm their priority - on the phone, or in person. As a side note: Their ads are clever, which I appreciate in a world that is constantly dumbing-down messaging. While the branch is always clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I really hope they grow as an organization! This credit union is unique; They truly stand out in service and in aesthetic. Kudos to them!

I just moved to Burbank and decided to go with a credit union for an auto loan. I had a wonderful experience with Maria G. She cleraly explained the auto loan process clearly and was very accommodating. She followed up with emails to see how I was doing. She's very professional and I highly recommend this credit union to my friends and family.

Amazing customer service that pays attentions to even the smaller details. Big thanks to Maria who helped me get better financing in comparison to the auto dealership. Originally had gone to Toyota who gave me a wicked high apr and said if I purchased some warranty, would take down my apr. After going to Maria she told me that was a sales trick and immediately gave me better interest rate then Toyota ever offered. She also helped me to call them and get back the deal for the warranty that was unnecessary. Very strong amazing woman.

I have been banking here since High School (which was a long time ago)! This is a great Credit Union filled with some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The service they provide is outstanding and they are very dedicated to giving back to the community.
