Ulster Savings Bank Main St, Stone Ridge

Since switching to Ulster Savings Bank I have nothing but wonderful experiences at the Stone Ridge branch. From dog treats for the pups through the drive thru to helping process multiple deposits. Everyone here helps with a friendly attitude and a true small town feel. These are great people here.

I love banking with Ulster Savings in Stone Ridge! The staff is very friendly and professional. They are fast and knowledgeable. I have a new business owner and opened a business account at Ulster Savings Bank. I have had several questions along the way. Their manager, Melissa, has been very helpful and patient. Melissa and her whole staff has been a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, USB is always supporting local events around our area. I have seen them donate and support many school events. I love supporting a local business that is also giving back to their community! I highly recommend USB!

Ulster Savings Bank is the only bank we've used for 40 years. They are wonderful, professional and attentive. We checked out every bank when we moved here and Ulster Savings Bank was it for us! Jesse, Sierra and Melissa are fantastic!

Recently my college aged daughter called in a panic that her Ulster Savings Bank app on her phone was not working and she was unable to reach the 800 number and needed to transfer money. I drove to my local branch just before closing on a Friday and was greeted by Sierra Stitt who was extremely helpful and spent close to 10 minutes talking to my daughter and helping her resolve her issue. She went above and beyond!!

The entire staff went above and beyond to help me during this hard situation. I was having issues with my debit card not working , freaking out over not wanting to use actual cash and they not only quickly assisted me, the staff and manager all made my issue a priority. They quickly resolved it and even gave me a new card right then and there! They weren’t allowing people inside unless it was appointment but they were happy to squeeze me in and got me in and out in no time. I appreciated every one of them and will continue to support them. All I can say is , THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I had to open a non-profit checking account during the Covid crisis. Zach and Melissa were able to do nearly all the paperwork by phone and email and I was able to sign the documents in the drive-through. Excellent service!

No monthly fees and the free gifts are nice. I can honestly recommend this bank . I prefer it to my previous bank

Horrible customer service all the way up to the higher levels of this establishment’s staff. I do not feel I am in good hands using this bank.
