UFirst Credit Union N Bluff St, St. George

Worst branch ever! I got a loan with them, then they send me a offer to open a checking. I trusted them, the agent who contacted me, Karissa Price, spend a couple hours going to open my account. They haven’t full filled the offer for opening the account. I contacted them every month. And after apologizes they choose to ignore me. Very disappointed the way this bank does business and treat customers after getting them to signed up.

I've always received prompt and friendly service. I am very pleased after multiple car loans and a home mortgage.

So far, not great customer service. We opened a new account the other day and I still can't get a response to an email I sent to the person we dealt with. I sent a second email, left a phone message and a second message with a real person. I'm glad I didn't switch all of my accounts from my other banking institution if this is the way this place works.

I've been a member for 20+ years, multiple accounts, multiple car and motorcycle loans, and this branch is just as good as the ones up North I'm use to. I'll always recommend UFCU.

Great location, contemporary design inside and out, great member services and I love the coffee bar.
