I have been a member of UFCU ever since I left the Bank of America, which is been about 7 years. Not once have I ever had anyone treat me poorly and I have always received what I went into the Credit Union to get or to achieve. I have recommended this to several of my friends and UFCU as help them also including some friends who had exceptionally bad credit.

We got our mortgage as well as a business loan through UFCU. After years with a big national bank, what a breath of fresh air they are. Real people, with real solutions to your unique situation. No bank is perfect, but at least UFCU tries!

I've been happy with my UFCU service and accounts. While the banks in our City are open "banker's hours", while the rest of us are working also, many UFCU branches are open later to accommodate.

Hate this place!! Dinged my credit score instead of a courtesy email/call (said they don't have the resources even they had the resources to contact credit agencies). Denied overdraft protection even tho I've run hundreds of thousands of dollars thru my business account. I'm a busy business owner and this place is absolutely anti-local business owner!

UFCU has always provided me the best service. Whether I am in or out of town their staff has been very helpful
