U.S. Money Shops Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe

Beyond extremely rude staff, went in with full intentions on buying a specific item and was insulted twice within a 5 min period. You can choose to wake up and be a decent human but not these employees rude for absolutely no reason. Gross business practice when you can drive 5 min down the road and get the same items cheaper and with someone who WANTS to sell to you.

The staff here is awesome but as in any pawn shop you can expect the low ball. I took a $180.00 pair of Bose headphones in and was offered $20. Still a nice place to shop as well as pawn or sell items.

Terrible service, they want to give you $20 for everything. They close early, and wont answer the phones ever. Don't go to this pawn shop they will rip you off.

Great attention to detail. Have dealt with them before on many occasions. Christiana is awesome to work with. Am looking for a certain air compressor and she was able to provide the model numbers of the stock on hand. Am running spray guns so SCFM is a huge deal. The Chattanooga store didn't even give much more than the time of day. this store actually cares and tries to help people! Thank You!!

My experience has been nothing but positive. I have used this company for at least Three years to purchase everything from a Laboratory Microscope, Home Theater System, Acoustic Guitar and have also cashed checks with them. They have always been courteous, kind and in my opinion very fair in their pricing. If you are looking for a pawn shop with fair prices and although I personally do not deal with guns, if you need one this would be the place to go. I have listened and what they don't know, they are more than willing to find out. I am not related in any way to this business, I merely feel when a company as honest as Money Exchange is, they should get the acknowledgement they deserve. Tommy Akins

I dont know where all the negative comments are coming from. Been using these guys for a couple years to get small loans on my merchandise.Is waaaay cheaper than going through a loan company. They have worked with me multiple times when I was a day or two late on a payment.But, I will say I have never purchased anything from them so I cannot speak on the subject.In my experience I personally have never had a problem with these guys.

This tv I've had for a few months never worked the moment I brought it home , when I called the next day after purchase you guys told me NO REFUNDS . Well let me tell you I bought a xbox from the same pawn company just the other day GUESS WHAT IT DONT WORK AND I CANT GET A REFUND !!!! DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

Just went to try and pawn my wife's camera for a little extra money to take our two autistic children out on this beautiful day. They told us they were talking a certain kind, this isn't no POS camera it's a $500 dollar camera. I ask for the camera back since they didn't want anything to do with it. One employee started asking "how much are you trying to get?" And the other girl said "It's ok they're probably just going to buy drugs with the money." Yeah when I get my gun out of there I'll get my business out also.

The employees was so nice and very helpful.
