Nasty place. But all their branches have become terrible. Poorly staffed with long lines. It's apparent all banks have turned in this direction. For several years I've had two online only savings accounts. Now, even before the latest bank lobby experience, I opened an online checking account, which offers 100 free checks, too. I am nearly 60 and have banked extensively for all these years in various states at bricks and mortar location. However, I knew several days ago I had had enough with banks, their in person employees, the lack of staffing, and the long waits. I write one check a month since management doesn't have an online portal. I do whatever I can online as possible to avoid the BS anymore. I hope to see more of these banks closing down considering their poor in person service. I highly recommend having an online bank account only. Of course, I have excellent credit. That helps. Still, the fewer in person interaction, the better since banks refuse to have enough tellers open.

The building needs serious updates to the look and feel. It has not kept up with other recent remodels.

Great bank over all . This location though CAUTION careless lazy teller a young man with curly red/brown hair of mixed decent very rude and repeatedly unhelpful acts like it's a hassle to do his job. Very bad customer service from him he shouldn't work with customers face to face EVER !

Big and spacious. Escalators are always working. Many placed to sit and eat. Employee elevators are fast. Ita just the line to get into an elevator thats hectic. US bank branch on the 2nd floor. Atm on the 1st floor.

Nice food options, close to a light rail stop and conveniently connected to the skyway.

I had a very poor clerical and customer service experience with US Bank. I opened an REI card with a very high credit limit back in October of 2017. I had an autopayment scheduled in November to pay the balance of the card in full that I attempted to cancel several days before the payment was due. Online it indicated the autopayment was cancelled. I then submitted a payment for nearly half of the entire statement balance of $235. U.S. Bank still processed the autopayment for the entire statement AND THEN took an ADDITIONAL $235 payment. To clarify, after the autopayment went through my balance on the statement and card was FULLY PAID. US BANK took an additional $235 beyond anything that was owed to them! I called and learned that US BANK is more than happy to take money towards "future payments" and only upon request was I issued a check in the mail that took 10 business days to arrive. Imagine that the next time you think about their Cash Advance terms. Fast forward to this month, believing everything was settled with autopayments and the whole issue, I just received a late payment. I called to complain and told them I wanted the $27 charge removed due to the entire scenario described above. They refused to remove the late payment (due on New Years Day) so I just closed a $17,500 credit limit card with the bank. I will never do business with US Bank again, REI needs to look at the financial corporations they are supporting closely.
