    MELISSA SHOULD BE FIRED this lady was very rude and condescending absolutely disrespectful. That the fact that there are other reviews of staff Melissa be rude mean it not the first time she should be fired.

    Visited this location for notary services and Melissa was very rude and unprofessional in her engagement with me and my family. Rather than asking how she could help us at the beginning of our visit, she immediately told us she didn’t understand what we wanted in a rude manner despite us repeatedly expressing we wanted forms notarized from the beginning. Later, she displayed an unwillingness to help, telling us that we needed to print another form and proceeding to sit in silence rather than offering help or suggestions. My husband ended up asking if we could make a copy, to which she responded yes and did in seconds. As a professional, she should have given us suggestions rather than sit in silence. She also condescendingly told us that our forms could be rejected when something was crossed out, then proceeded to make a mistake herself and say that her mistake wouldn’t be a big deal. Working in customer service, staff should not act in such an unprofessional and contemptuous manner—customers should feel comfortable and welcome. We will not be visiting this location again.

    I've been here 3 times to make business deposits. Each time it has taken more than 30 minutes for them to process the deposits. One time I was denied making a business deposit, because I had more than $500 in cash on a DEPOSIT. I'm really upset that my company switched our business account from Old National Bank to this Bank. I have never had a single issue with Old National and the service was so much better and faster with them.

    It just amazes me that US Bank is supposed to be such a trustworthy, and reliable financial institution. But yet they will not cash there own checks unless you have an account. TYPICAL REPUBLICANS,WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING IT BACK! Not even a 55 year old woman Who just wants to cash her 401K check, that was issued by US Banks! CROOKS!!!

    Literally the worst bank in existence. They say they want to help you with your banking issues but don't and if they have to give you money due to their mistakes then they will just reverse it when you least expect it or they will just close your account and make you pay a bunch of random fees. Do not trust this bank. Do not put your money in this bank.

    DO NOT BANK HERE I wanted to get out 10k from the bank I have done that before the rude lady told me we can't do that she said we can give you 1k I said can you at least give me 5k she said no we can give you 1k it's not negotiable. I had the money in my account and I brought two forms of identification with my debt card.

    Though they are constantly understaffed, they work hard to meet customers' expectations demonstrating respect, professionalism, and acknowledging warmly. I always get quick services notarizing my documents, changing personal information and financial transactions. Chris the branch manager is awesome. Very customer friendly branch.

    This may be the worst bank I have dealt with. Had fraud on my account and filed a claim online which I was instructed to do. After 2 weeks with no update or information I went in again and the banker said I waited to long to file it and they didn’t see anything filed. Told me I could not downgrade my account out of a package I had when I had a mortgage without closing the account and opening a new one so proceeded to charge fees monthly when there was no reason for them. Also takes upwards of sometimes a month to get a response on issues after I send 6 emails to a banker over a month period with no answer. Also the issues I had no one looks into they just throw a 1-800 number at you and pawn you off on someone who has no clue. Avoid this place if you want to keep your money safe.

    After being referred to the branch manager by US Bank customer service, I called and asked to speak to the branch manager. The gentleman who answered did not say his name but told me the branch manager was not in and that he would transfer me to their voicemail. The voicemail of the manager was the exact same voice as the person I was previously speaking to. Obviously he just didn't want to take my call.

    If I could give zero stars I would… EVERYTIME I’m here they can’t seem to help me, and then I go to the Eden prairie location and they do exactly what I need. Please do not waste your time at this location, they have no idea what they are talking about. Edit- I see all the reviews are the same lol. They need to close this location because none of them are trained very clearly…
