U.S. Bank Branch W Deer Valley Rd, Peoria

I have gone several times & have not experienced a problem. The tellers are professional & very nice to deal with. I like banking at this location.

Everyone is so friendly you can tell they really like their job!

Staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. They took their time when helping me with a car loan. They’re quite capable and very knowledgeable. Valerie and Tatum were excellent to work with.

This bank is pitiful and is full of children that don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to banking. Employee turnover is bad. They are continually playing games with bank accounts and if you do make a mistake they are very uncooperative. In particular, I had my Bank card fraudulently charged from a foreign country. I don’t even own a visa so there’s no way I would’ve charged it. It was clear that I had been hacked and yet they still determined that I need to pay. Like I said, the biggest problem with this bank is they don’t hire seasoned professionals. It is simply a grocery store bank with overempowered employees.

these people cant read at all! this is my 3rd freekin time at this bank where i deposit my check and these ppl can just look at the check and see the us bank written on it, so i have to wait 3days so i can get gas, eat, no towlet paper guess i get to use my left hand! good night if all the us bank tellers are as dumb as these are, the banking centers could be closed in one week.
