    Edit to two stars: It took over 6 calls and a trip to this branch to get to the bottom line: The fault was on U.S. Banks end, and they finally are taking measures to correct it. I am not editing my original review below, as I find it to be accurate still. Editing to two stars as I was finally contacted. I hope these types of problems are corrected in the future. The amount of effort it took to correct a fault on their end - unacceptable. U.S. Bank will admit fault and do nothing to correct it. Go ahead and have records of their mistakes and they will challenge you to fix it. Zero accountability in record keeping, contact, or money management. Extremely likely to provide you services that will lose you time, money, and sanity. There is a reason this banking institution is rated as one of the lowest in the industry. Shameful.

    Opened a business account with them. Got a ton of false information and now the checks for my business are under a 5 day hold each time. They want ya to wait 6 business days to access your hardearned money. Ontop of charging fees for deposits.. I strongly suggest not holding your money with these folk. I plan to close all my accounts and cease business with em.

    This branch truly offers above and beyond service. The banker whom assisted us, Fred Sanchez, was exceptionally helpful and streamlined the process of opening the our checking and savings accounts.

    I have a commercial account and apparently I was 800 plus dollars off on my math when I was depositing multiple checks. Couple weeks later US bank took out 800 plus dollars out of my account I never got a phone call explaining why nor evidence of the checks that I deposited to show me that I was off on my math. This is when I figured out that this Bank does not count the total amount on any checks deposited if I deposit more then 5 checks at a time up front. They also charge you $0.50 a transaction if your transactions exceed / 147 every 30 days. I went and explained all my concerns to one of their Bankers there and she goes "well it doesn't look like you do your own books either". Their excuse for not counting the totals on checks if I deposit more than 5 at a time? "it's time consuming." Every time I go to the bank there's maybe two people in line total so that's definitely not true. All my checks go to their proofing Department to be counted and totalled up but that won't track any teller stealing money from me or dropping a check on the floor on accident will it! But of course I'm the idiot as they have treated me over and over it's my fault that I haven't looked at all my own books which I have by the way. I don't need to babysit my bank bottom line you guys are the ones with the numbers and you guys the ones that should do your own f-ing math up front. I guess asking a business to treat me as I treat my own customers being honest true moral and accepting feedback is asking too much for you this Bank.

    GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Most impolite, helpless, ignorant, useless employees Ive ever met. Baked 16 year old cashiers at fast food restaurants do their job better. The little blonde girl bank teller was so awful to me I left in tears that had nothing to do with my money. Some of the US banks Ive been to in Denver were so nice and well run I was exited to cash a paycheck half the time. But this branch alone made me pull my money out of US bank so Id never have to go near one again.

    THE WORST bank you could possibly bank with!! They will steal your money at any chance they get, they will charge you for things that are their own fault. After I had to cancel my debit card it took me over 3 months of talking to customer service and supervisors to get a new card. They dont value or care for their customers at all. I had problems with them over 10 years ago and recently went back to them after my wife talked me into putting my name on her account that she has there, that was a huge mistake! We will be closing the account soon and we will just be using our account with 1st Bank who by the way I have had an account with for 15 years and have NEVER had one problem with them!

    A difficult, lengthy auto loan experience that stemmed from pure incompetace on this branch's behalf, all with an indifferent manager that seemed to care little about the customer service experience. 15 yrs of mediocore banking with them, only to realize there are many credit unions and even large banks that will handle customer service differently.
