I have been trying for two months to correct fraud that occurred because Verizon accepted false information in Chicago, a place I have never been. I got, finally, Verizon to submit a correction to the three agencies--Experion, Equifax, and Transunion. I got a notice from Experion that it had been corrected. My credit card limit had been lowered to $500. My phone experiences with US bank have been nightmarish. No one listens, and they can't look into a problem without a "hard inquiry" which lowers your score further; they recommend you get in touch with Tranunion whose menu only allows you to buy more of their products, not discuss the error. Transunion has still not corrected the error. When I called the local bank they said I need to call the card department which dropped the call twice after many minutes of waiting. They take no responsibility for helping to clear up the fraud they help perpetuate. Their open bank hours are a joke, and no one seems to know anything. I'm finding another bank.

Opened three business accounts back in 2020. Today we had a couple extra deposits under $30 and bank teller refused to do them. After waiting forever in line at the drive thru just like everyone else since they closed inside doors again. They told me I have to do night deposits which they charge to complete. Teller said they only have one employee. Well from my standpoint expecting us to night drop deposit requires us two employees which we only have one so this isn’t an option. Safe or practical for our business. By the time it took to argue, get supervisor he could of easily completed deposits. As a business we pay upwards to $300 a month for services. Now you want me to accommodate you with no accommodation to us is absurd. I will be switching to a different bank if this isn’t taking serious. The town has been very patient Don’t screw over businesses when you are asking for business.

DO NOT USE THE ATM!!!! I used to work at a bank and a lot of my customers got "skimmed" after using that ATM last year meaning some guy withdrew thousands of dollars from hard working citizens bank accounts from an ATM withdrawal. Today we got a fraud notification of an atm withdrawal of $300. We were there earlier that morning to withdrawal $40, yes, but the lady my husband talked to on the phone 20 minutes made it seem like we withdrew that when we were in Moses lake during the transaction. We're never using that outside ATM again.

Really like the Issaquah US bank branch but Ellensburg branch is by far the worse. Very non caring customer service so I am moving my personal.and business accts to a local bank. So long US bank your loss...

Overdraft coverage let’s you overdraft then charges you for it. So... yeah let that sink in. *Edit* US Bank keeps track of your negative remarks about their bank and service and holds it against you. Management had even admitted to treating people worse because of previous interactions. Which really just compounds the problem, and is plain unprofessional. I have never been encouraged to use more US bank services, or open a savings account with them, but have been encouraged to open an account elsewhere.

The lady that helped me was so rude it was unbelievable. I was trying to get a tip cashed that was made to cash none of my banks have ever had an issue with cashing these for me and the lady that works the drive through was completely rude. When I asked to talk to a manager she told me no that I needed to come inside and turned off the mic on me and just walked away... makes me want to change ge my bank. This is not the 1st time this lady has been super rude.

Lobby is still closed. They have 1 out of the 2 drive up lanes open. This is at 3 pm. The line was around the corner (about 10 cars). Took a very long time, understandably as people are doing all banking needs through the window. Service at the window is okay. I’m confused as to where all the employees are.

This is by far the absolute worst set of employees I have ever dealt with. Every single person I interacted with was beyond rude and when I tried explaining that my roll of quarters was both short AND had Canadian coins I was told that next time I should check them in front of a teller so they could verify I wasn’t trying to steal. This place is the worst! Not only are the tellers rude but my rolls of quarters are always short! When I inquire about it I'm told they dont have any proof of that, and that's AFTER a teller told me sometimes they just guess the amount! Switching banks for sure.
