    Took my 90 year old grandmother to the bank to get her rent money she lives in the country on someone's private property and they refused to give her any money out of her account unless she could provide them with a physical address where she lives has no USPS address and therefore technically she has no physical address to deny a 90 year old person access to their money because they don't have a conventional address is a crime I would not use the u.s. bank or this branch in particular and every person working there I'll be ashamed of themselves

    This is the least helpful branch in the whole treasure valley. If you need help don't go to the Caldwell branch!

    When there is two people working and there is a line. Once they got through the line there was only one person and the gal closed. Why not just help the customer then close? There was only one person waiting. Horrible customer service.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My employer banks with US Bank, this location to be specific, and they are horrible. Their customer service is non-existent. There has been several issues with the account in the last year. When you try to talk to someone it is very difficult. The branch phone doesn't work and if you leave a message on one of the employees cell phones, they take a very long time getting back to you. Sometimes they never return your call and you have to call again. Most of the time, they can't help you with the issue when you do finally talk to someone. We are currently selling a vehicle that is financed through them. The finance company for the other party needs a copy, front and back, of title. According to US Bank, they don't physically have the title in the office, nor do they have at the Customer Service 800# we were told to call. They said that they could only give an electronic copy. They have no idea how to get it either, according to them. I've never heard of a financial institution not having the physical title. What a Sh** Sh**.

    Well, at least USBank has concentrated all of their ineffective "bankers" in one location. If you need business done, go to a different branch. Shame Marsing branch was closed while this one stays open. Failure by USBank. This branch flubbed our car loan. This branch cannot seem to execute a simple transaction. And the attitude from "Misty" when questioned about what services they could provide was less than acceptable.

    So there's a few different areas that I've been disappointed here. I have banked with them for years but the last few years downhill we go. Came in for a car loan wanted to give my bank opportunity and hoped that they would give me a rate instead they said that they couldn't find any credit on me and therefore couldn't help me. ( Another bank give me a credit line of $40, 000 quickly and a great interest rate) then there's their drive-thru it's slow but I'll give them that I have a business account here I ask for $200. In $1 bills they said they could not they did not have enough to give me this is a bank right I do have a business account here right. ???

    I used the drive-thru atm to withdraw my rent money. As it was about to dispense the $400.00 I requested an error message was displayed say mechanical error (or something along those lines) followed by your card will not be charged. However upon trying to pull the cash again it said insufficient funds. I checked my online account & it did deduct $400.00 from my account that it never gave me. Now here I sit 20+ days later with no word on when this will be fixed. I have a us bank payroll card through my employer. I tried to call the actual Caldwell office & never get through. I called the us bank 1800 number & was told to call card holder services. My us bank payroll card company. This has been a nightmare. Atm's are counted regularly. When it was counted it would have been over $400.00. Prompting the bank to review the atm transactions where they would have found my transaction & the atm's error. Surely they know they shorted me by now. The charge should have been reversed immediately upon them seeing their atm's error. This feels very unprofessional & just wrong. I was told it could & probably will take up to 120 days for a reversal. Money has been tight lately & this caused me to be late on my rent. I should be reimbursed for my rental late fees & the $12.00 in fax fees staples charged me for the dispute forms I had to send in.

    By far one of the best banking experiences I have ever had. The employees took extra time to help me through a very difficult transaction. They were compassionate and made sure all of my needs were met. If I could rate them higher I would.

    okay I mostly wanted to give a thank you to Jessica Watkins. Today I walked into the bank at 901AM. I instantly saw a line of 15-20 people. Jessica asked if I needed help and I was there to notarize something and figured I would cash a cashiers check. She immediately called me to her desk and was friendly and helpful. She then told me about the drop off envelopes at the ATM. I usually use my phone to deposit most checks, but can't with the cashiers or ones from the DOD. She literally walked me outside to the ATM and stood in the shorter line of 2 people for 5-10 minutes to show me how to do it. Can I mention it is 32* outside?!?! She made my day. Quality customer service!

    There should be a Zero star rating across the board for this branch, but you cannot choose Zero, so here's the single star they don't deserve. The misinformation given to me by the tellers regarding a check deposit ended with me owing on 4 overdraft fees, which they will NOT remove from my account (even though all the time stamps prove my case), as well as having to wait 7 additional days to receive my check back by mail, the same one that fully deposited showing on my account, then removed a day later. So in all it will take over 2 weeks for me to be able to finalize this deposit, which will be my last. If you make a "large" check deposit, not only will they hold it for the first 3 days, but they will split the deposit and hold part of it for 7 days (makes perfect sense if you DON'T think about it). The manager spent a whole 1-2 minutes on the phone attempting to "Help" me, with her only statements being around how she "can't do anything more". What a prime example of the absolute incompetence held by the staff at this branch. I called customer service 3 times, received 3 different answers (even speaking to a manager), but they all really understood my situation, and yet no-one could actually help fix what had happened. Nearly 1,000 reviews on the US Bank website, over 55% are 1-star ratings. I would reconsider my options before ever using US Bank again. Between the unreasonable monthly fees, long check hold times, and absolute disregard for their customer's interest, I would never recommend a single transaction with US Bank to anyone.
