    If you’re in any kind of a hurry, running a business and need to get back to the store, I advise you to go elsewhere. I literally sit in this line an hour or more every trip I make!!! I have also had numerous money issues here!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere they can count and have a sense of urgency to get your business taken care of!! I’m begging my company to change banks!

    The staff is friendly however if you have a complex or even semi complex banking problem you might want try another us bank location. My direct deposit was sent to an non existence bank account at us bank instead of reversing my check the young ladies told me there was nothing they could do I needed to speak with my employer. My employer told me us bank had to reverse the check back. Very frustrated I simply went to another us bank about .7 miles away and The young man simply went into the system to track the check and it was in my account at midnight. The camp Robinson branch have very nice staff but staff is not very knowledgeable of banking solutions. Perhaps poor training

    DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! I have 200 in limbo supposedly being sent by check but no one can tell me WHY my new account was closed and where the hell my money is. The lady messed my wife’s name up and they closed the account without notify us! All I know is my money better come back to Me or we are going to have legal issues.

    THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER BANKED WITH!! I RECENTLY MOVED TO FAYETTEVILLE WERE THERE WAS NOT A US BANK SO I HAD TO GET A NEW BANK. I HAVEN'T MADE IT BACK TO NLR YET SO I CAN CLOSE OUT THE BANK ACCOUNT WITH THEM THAT I OWED $12 TO WELL SOMETHING HIT AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER DRAFT FEES MAKING IT TO A TOTAL OF 57$ THEN REPORTED ME TO A COLLECTION AGENCY..ITS ONLY BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE I MOVED. I WORK A FULL TIME JOB AND HAVE FOUND IT HARD TO FIND TIME TO DRIVE 3 HOURS AWAY TO CLOSE A $12 ACCOUNT ...THAT HAS NOW TURNED INTO A $57 ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO A COLLECTION AGENCY IN 3 MONTHS!! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO GET A PHONE CALL OR A LETTER BUT NO JUST A COLLECTION AGENCY BLOWING MY PHONE UP NOW. US BANK IS NOT HERE TO HELP YOU BUT TO HURT YOU. I HIGHLY SUGGEST CENTENNIAL OR ANY OTHER BANK FOR THAT MATTER!!! AND FOR A TOTAL THAT LOW YOU FELT THE NEED TO REPORT IT ..SHAME! MESSED UP THING IS I TALKED TO A LADY ON THE PHONE ABOUT A MONTH AFTER I MOVED WHO TOLD ME "OH ITS FINE JUST COME IN ANYTIME AND WE CAN GET THAT CLOSED FOR YOU" ..SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THEY WILL REPORT ME IF IT'S NOT IN THE NEXT MONTH! I AM JUST FURIOUS! I WILL FOREVER PUT US BANK DOWN AS THE WORST BANK TO BANK WITH AND LET ALL MY CUSTOMERS KNOW ABOUT YALL!!

    Just sent my son to make a cash deposit and they would not take it because he was not on my account, will be closing all three of my accounts here, business and personal.

Cash transactions are difficult to understand and monitor which is why we limit the amount of cash that can be deposited by a non-customer.
