The wait is always long. Never go on your lunch break you are for sure to be late. I don’t understand the lobby ia closed yet I waiting in line for 35 min + before driving off. There was only one lane open abs the one car on front of me was just chilling. Not seeming to even be communicating with the bankers inside. Please get more staff to provide better and faster service.

I have an account at this bank as well as most of my family and have had for years but starting to think twice about dealing with this bank I recently spoke to Brandi the branch manager after speaking to the customer service on the 1 800 number and inquiring on my account and balance and I double checked to make sure all my transactions had been taken out of my available balance and of course what they said was totally different then what the lady said then of course I get charged with 7 overdraft charges close to 300.00 for their mistake that they don't seem to take responsibility for I spoke to branch manager at local bank they looked up my account and said that I started my account at Rodney paraham location so I would need to call them but if I would have had started my account at other location they would be able to take care of all 7 overdraft charges which they should no matter what but Brandi at Rodney paraham location said she was going above and beyond to get 2 charges waived which I appreciate but all seven should be taken care of seems like this bank is definitely not trying to take care of me as a customer and just putting a bad taste in my mouth so me and my family may be switching banks soon definitely won't be going them for any loans, refinancing autos or anything ! thanks Mark c.

Charged me an overdraft fee when I had funds available in my account. Called customer service and spoke to a representative and a manager and they wouldn't remove the overdraft fee. I will be taking my money to another bank. I'm so sick of the poor customer service with this bank.

The manager at this location is fantastic. US Bank has always had really great customer service but Kevin C. goes above and beyond explaining products, and contacting me when he thinks there is a product I would ACTUALLY be interested in (versus other companies that just send you junk in the mail every day). Anytime I've ever had an issue he has remedied it immedietly. He's very knowledgable of banking, credit, equity, & loans in general and has always been helpful to answer any questions I, or one of my business associates / clients have ever had (which in turn helps my business). Highly recomend this US Bank location. I put as much as possible of personal and business accounts with this branch.

Would let me deposit my check in my account. Didn’t know how to look up how the company had a DBA. Assistant manager, then manager. Very disengaged. I still bank at US Bank, but drive right by this location.

Some how my account gets deeper into overdraft and adding additional fees and it hasn’t even been a week yet!!! It’s take forever for an transaction to process giving me false current balance on my account! I can’t deal!!! Smh!!!!

I’ve took an appointment before I step in but still they made me to wait 30 mins it’s ridiculous and staff is really not fit to be in d position, manger is not upto the mark, tho they were no other customers they just made me to wait for such a long time ..! Staff were litelrslly sitting idle they just don’t want to work ..!Management has to take some action if not they gonna loose the customers ..!i recommend to stay away frm this bank ..!
