I have been using this U.S. Bank Branch in Montgomery Village for several years. I have a checking account there. I stop by to make deposits and make withdrawals. Sometimes I go inside, but when they are not open, I use the ATM. The customer service is always top of the line.

I've been banking with US for 10 years. They only have 1 branch in Santa Rosa now and they close without explanation. All of a sudden there's a sign that say Closed for Emergency. No re-open date or info posted. I call the 800 number and they have no information on why it's closed or when it will re-open. I'm forced...by US Bank rules...to have to actually go into the bank to deposit funds and I can't even do that because the ONLY branch in my city is randomly closed. Yes I could go to surrounding cities but when you work FT and the banks close at 5/6 I can't make it to another city! I shouldn't have to. I will be closing my accounts. They just lost a 10 year customer due to their poor customer service and lack of communication.

If you’ve ever wondered how you could make multiple trips to a bank, with multiple phone calls in between, and still have nothing accomplished... try US Bank. The most frustrating part might be the fact the branch blames the system and the companies call center employees blame the branch. The only way I can make sure we avoid future issues with US Bank or their “Branch” is to cut ties completely.

The worst bank . We are going to be closing our account because of RUDE arrogant customer service. They seem to forget its our money not there's. I seriously question is they are fiscally sound and do not want our finances being held hostage in a crisis.l would not recommend them to anyone.

Bank staff is friendly. The "new and improved" ATM is painfully slow. I feel uneasy standing there for so long.
