U.S. Bank Branch Utah Ave S, Seattle

I have had a terrible experience at this branch. When I reached out to the customer service with my concerns, they sent me that long agreement that nobody would read at the time of signing (unless someone is a lawyer or attorney.) I would definitely get rid of all my accounts with this bank (because of this experience) but the only thing stopped me from doing so is that if I change my bank I will have to do a lot of paperwork. If there were minus stars, I would give them -100! There isn't anything personal it's about the response I got regarding my concerns.

Very friendly staff and convenient location if you work close by. I think most of the negative reviews here are from people who don't realize this is a small satellite location on the 3rd floor inside the Starbucks building, not a standalone location. So their full-service abilities may be limited.

My exprience with Jose a few weeks ago was so terrible I have since removed my funds. Avoid this location or you'll find yourself avoiding this bank entirely. *To the social media team that responded to this review. Our business is done as your company has failed at every opportunity to make things right. I stand by my original review.

with covid -19 and these difficult times this branch really cares about the safety of there employees and there clients, the employees are really detailed and very nice. I recommend this branch to all the small businesses in the area to come in and open Business accounts .

Unable to access online banking due to "high traffic" error on US Bank's website. Lately I've had a number of difficulties logging into the online services of my US Bank account. Sometimes it takes days to before the "high traffic" on the website dies down enough to get logged in. US Bank needs to get this fixed.

This branch has always been a great asset to my business. Mark the branch manager is amazing and his team is just as amazing. They might be a little branch but their personal service is secound to none.

Do not apply for loan here. Looks like they do not have much appetite and it appeared a small bank. It will eat up your time and efforts.

I drove out of my way to go there only to find out that it's only available during normal business hours because it's inside the Starbucks Center. So there's no after-hours access

Fast and friendly. Separate entrance from the Starbucks Support Center.

Friendly staff little small but its in a starbucks so its very convenient for the people who work in the area
