U.S. Bank Branch CA, Woodland Hills

I've had great experiences with this bank. Polite and helpful staff has always taken great care of me. Worlds apart from riding that awful stagecoach outfit down the trail a bit.

Slow, Rude, lazy. the bankers will have personal conversation with friends during a pandemic while on company time rather than help you... I waited and watched this banker chat with her friend for over 20 mins, you could hear the different language and the banker never once exchanged papers or looked at the computer but would occasionally glance over to me where I was standing waiting. There was another banker, only one, he was helping someone... banker even tried to say “did you try to even call” when I finally spoke with her. And my problem wasn’t resolved as of 48 hrs like she said it would, never gave me any proof of my request either... just shady branch here. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The two negative reviews are ridiculous. This is hands down the best US Bank branch in san fernando valley. Angel, the branch manager, routinely goes above and beyond for customers. The rest of the bankers are friendly, polite, quick, and always happy to see you when you walk in. That type of service starts from good leadership, and Angel is one of the best bank managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My family and I have been using this branch as our home branch for over 6 years, I've referred dozens of friends and colleagues to this branch, and not a single one of them has ever had anything negative to say. To the person who fees "unsafe" around someone with mental illness, what would you have the branch do? Refuse service to a person who already struggles with life? A 1 star review for that is petty and vindictive. TLDR: Negative reviews are way off base, best branch and branch manager in the valley

This is the best branch of US Bank in this area.. People who work there really make you feel welcome when you come there.. They always have STARBUCKS coffee and all place feels like home.. They remember you by name and they always trying to help.. Going there for more then a year and never saw a line.. Angel is always helping me with all my business needs from offering business lines of credit to waiving fees :) I wish all banks will be this way! THANK YOU!

Agree with what everyone else is saying. The customer service here is about as bad as anywhere I’ve ever seen. No one greets you. They all awkwardly avoid eye contact with you and are slow as molasses in processing the transactions leaving you to stand in uncomfortable silence. They obviously don’t like customers.

Greedy. Unhelpful. And shady backroom policies at the corporate level. (Especially around covid). Beware.

Wouldn't cash my check because I didn't have an account with them- which is normal, but I was willing to pay the 7$ charge to get my check cashed- THEY WOULDNT CASH IT BECAUSE THEY SAID MY ID DOESNT LOOK LIKE ME?!? IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE ME, it's an ID WITH A NEW PICTURE FROM ONLY A YEAR AGO!!! As if my capital one card, my car registration, and other credit cards that I had with me, with my name on them were all fake too??? They were completely RUDE, and treated me like I was some Con Artist Fraud. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS BANK AND MY FAMILY WILL BE CLOSING ALLL ACCOUNTS WITH THEM AS WELL NOW.

Ive got lucky be assist by Mr. Angel , when He called to some department to ask about my credit card , a woman said that it could take samotime , Mr. Angel said " at the middle of the branch but lets do it " I felt so uncomfortable ...he has never smiled and I felt like I owe him something ! will never come back again !!!!!!!!!!! jul 12

This branch is very responsive to my needs. They bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. They are polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. To bank here is a pleasure.

NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN. They have a mentally challenged customer named CHARLIE who will chase after you and grab at you calling you his baby, and there is no security, just hope one of the tellers save you.
