I thought it was a one time thing, but the service i guess caries depending on the days. Some days, quick and easy. Pleasant. But I've been to this branch some times where I'm standing in line for the most, 20 minutes! Just to wait for a simple transaction. Are people that desperate for human interaction that they save it for when they come to the bank? This is not a social function people. It's a BUSINESS! Keep your personal drama at home and don't waste other people's time. Next time I'm gonna make sure to be the first person in line when they open up so that I don't have to wait for someone to spill their life story to the teller. Not a fault of the tellers, but of people being inconsiderate of others waiting just to do a simple transaction. Oh, and I waited 15 minutes today. And the person in front of me who was there since before I walked in was STILL talking to the teller. Sad little people.

Horrible manager at this location. She is so aggresive and unwilling to listen and help customers. I have seen her be rude with others more than one time. And two times with myself. She has very little communication skills, actually has very little. She won't listen won't try to resolve any issues, and in fact won't help you make a deposit. This location will fail so fast like toher US branches due to the lack of reliable good managers. I see this bank closing locations all over. But other banks are still open. Get better managers then you willhave a better business. As far as this location, Won't come here anymore becasue of the rude, lazy. lack of hel p manager.

I’ve been to other banks and even when closing I have had the employees let me in to deposit money in my account if I forgot my atm. I have never had a problem as long as there was others customers inside. I was one minute late and I needed to deposit money so I wouldn’t get charged a fee and one of the employees who works there (light skin, had glasses , and plus size ) openeded the door and literally slammed the door and said sorry were closed even after I told her my situation. It was an easy in and out. I work for insurance and I always let customers in to make a quick payment even after my office is closed. I can understand if it’s been over 10 minutes but for just one minute late that is absurd! I will not come to this branch again.

Once a week branches anticipate the amount of funds they are going to need to order from the cash vault broken down by denomination. To ensure they have enough funds for our customers, the branch may not be able to fulfill all the requests they receive from non-customers. We appreciate your feedback regarding this experience.
