Be careful of us bank atms the other one in napa at smith's stole 600 dollars from me when I attempted to deposi$1200 and it miscounted claiming $900 had been put in. Obviously I pressed cancel to get my money back and the machine only returned me $600 and gave me no receipt since the transaction was canceled. Worst banking experience of my life. Hand money to in person banker and don't trust the atm!

Not an awesome experience for me as a small business person. Staff are kind and helpful but bank wide policies and procedures have been difficult. My very small business fell prey to COVID19 and it is what it is but I will use a smaller more personal credit union in future.

When we decided to end our relationship with Wells Fargo, I visited every bank in Napa and spoke with either the branch manager or the assistant manager in charge. It was quite an undertaking and took about a month to accomplish, after bringing the list down to the top three banks I felt comfortable with, I then spoke to no less than three Customers as they exited their respective bank branch to get a better prospective on the Customer service aspect. US Bank was on that list of the top three and so high on the list that I would bring my wife down to meet with the manager as well. We made the decision to become Customers of US Bank and have not regretted it once. 5 star service at every point, and highly recommended.

The Worst bank in Napa.The Manager Alejandra, is obsessed with only 2 things, making her bottom line, and taking as many vacation days as she can, while denying her staff proper breaks! Extremely rude to customers including myself. Her staff deserve better, she's working the poor souls like slaves. This Bank needs a major overhaul of management, what is HR thinking? Take your business elsewhere!

I have been going to the US Bank at Safeway on Trancas in Napa for many years. Following Covid I was told that I would have to go to the branch on Jefferson St. so I have been going to this branch to take care of business post Covid. I went to this US Bank this week to make a deposit and I made a special trip today to find out this branch had been temporarily closed and the nearest US Bank was in Fairfield!!! First of all, many of us are unemployed due to Covid and we do NOT have the gas to drive clear to Fairfield in the over 100 degree heat today! I give this management ZERO STARS I was NEVER told this branch was going to close down in advance and I was at this branch this week!! You want our money and us as customers and then you closed all branches in the city of Napa and we are left to having to travel far out of town. Sign up with a different bank that doesn't close down !!!

Michelle Alcalen the branch manager asked for my personal information including my social security number because she stated “ any check over 500$ required a social security number to cash for non customers” . She was unable to provide me with a policy stating that . I called US bank and they agreed that is a false policy . Ctr only requires your personal information for a check over the amount of 10,000 . My check wasn’t near that amount . I filed a complaint with consumer finance and am waiting to hear back . It’s sad they hire employees who make their own policies up . She was also very unprofessional and rude . She cut me off numerous times during our conversation to yell at different employees. Please advise your staff as this is not ok . Social security numbers aren’t something you play with .

The experience was very unreal. The assistant manager was not courtes to me. And was asked to wait for her to get back from lunch a hour, and still did not address my concerns for another hour after that, 5 min before the bank closed. End of story not happy with bank or banker managers ability to network with other branches on online bankers. They all gave me conflicting information. Thanks.
