    Closing my account as they have charged me over draft fees the entire pandemic and are unwilling to waive any of them and I'm a twenty year customer bank somewhere else these guys are a joke I suggest Selco much better service.

    Always slow, always rude, have to make appointments for typical services that are provided at other branches without an appointment. Avoid this branch if you possibly can.

    Two days ago I opened up and account with US Bank and yesterday i got a phone call from US Bank saying I needed to update my address when I called the 1- 800 number to find out what was going on they told me nobody from US Bank called my phone then I called the branch that I opened the account with and they said it was a scam call then today I find out my bank account was frozen the 1-800 and the branch lied to me

    What are you doing UsBank? Chase has multiple branches open on Saturday.....you have one branch open for miles and the wait is astounding. You are my favorite bank, always friendly staff etc. But you're not making it easy. The line for the drive through was 20+ cars deep? The parking lot is chaos!?! What are you guys doing? Update: it took 55 minutes to make a withdrawal. I'll be looking around for other options.

    I'm sitting here at 2:22 a.m. Saturday morning been on the phone trying to talk with managers little frustrated my check was deposited into somebody else's account when I went through the drive-thru and deposited my check with a teller they had my ID along with my debit card to get it right I use this Bank every other Friday and have for the last 6 months now I'm told I have to wait till the branch opens on Monday I have bills to pay not acceptable

    US Bank used COVID19 as an excuse to lay off workers & make everything much more difficult & time consuming for people with money in their bank. They have high fees for transactions for business. We are saving a lot of money & time now that we've left this terrible bank. I am surprised anyone still uses this bank at all.

    US Bank has always been dependable and a favorite of my family. This particular branch seems to operate under a different set of standards. The wait inside is ALWAYS extraordinarily long, with no sense of urgency demonstrated by the staff. I go out of my way to visit another branch.

    Really disappointed to visit this branch. 01/16/20 The white big cashier lady was uncomfortable with my sunglasses told me to remove them as it is the Law. And she lied to me that there are written instructions on the door. I love to follow rules therefore I went outside to read the complete instructions and I didn’t find anything and was so disappointed. This happens when low life people gets the chance to work into the big offices, their personality become their biggest challenge to work as professionally and deliver the best services to the customers. I normally go to downtown branch but that day I came to this branch and it was a regretful experience. BTW after that I went to the next branch on Lancaster with same sunglasses and they were so welcoming.

    Been here years. My phone was stolen in front of 6 cameras at the inside atm June 20th 3pm. I was promised if I filed police report, corporate will search security footage. I did the footwork provided that police report number and all sudden it's closed and no word from anyone about and and nobody can provide corporate phone number.
