    This one star review is basically a 0 star review. Unprofessional, worst customer service and literary any service. Got my car loan through them in May, consultant at that time Albert Sadia was nice at first but had no clue what he’s doing - he gave me multiple different answers as to who’s going to receive the title from DMV. By July there was no title, I called 5 times, emailed - he was always ‘not in the office’. Finally someone else answered, a lady, too bad I don’t remember her name. She mumbles something about the fact that the documents were never sent to DMV. She was responsive though and called me back detailing that NOW the back office is sending them( July) and I most definitely receive them 12-14 weeks later as DMV backed up. September she said 100%. I’m calling in September because the title IS STILL NOT RECEIVED AND US BANK IS SENDING ME LETTERS THREATENING THAT I WiLL BE IN DEFAULT OF CONTRACT IF I DONT SEND THEM THE PROOF OF TITLE . That I never received, that they never requested. September new customer representative answers my call that the back office sent the document to DMV on September 9th!!!!! No, they didn’t send anything in July, it just didn’t happen! And again blaming the DMV for 12–18 week processing time…. ‘Unfortunately they can’t do anything at this time and ‘ignore‘ the US bank threat letters’ This is TOP TIER UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I hope for the best and I regret using US Bank service.

    U.S. Bank is the Best! I have been with them for years and had nothing but good experiences. They have always given me the benefit of the doubt if anything was in question and credited funds back to my account until the investigation was over... I'm happy to say, they cleared it up :)

    Not the best first impression!!! Worst experience cashing a check! The first person that “helped” was not able to cash the check without my husband being physically next to me even though we are in a joint account. I got my husband (who was in the car with our sleeping baby) and the second person was more helpful but once again it was not a great experience and took way longer than it should have.

    Michael Konyalian was a huge help with my cashiers check and we even got to talk about his Steelers being undefeated right now. Small personable exchanges while banking are always a great sign of exceptional customer service.

    I love this location. I find the parking super easy. Just wait a minute and a car will pull out or park across in mall parking. The tellers are always personable and extremely helpful. Only a couple of tellers so you might have to wait a moment once and a while but that's okay with me I don't get many breaks in my day.

    This branch puts its customers last. Parking there to do banking of any kind is a nightmare because the bank allows people to park for hours at a time in 24 minute spaces. When this problem is brought to their attention, they just shrug their shoulders, lie about calling security and yell at you to move your car. I don't have a problem with US Bank, just this branch where it take an hour for them to help 2 customers, and their parking lot is full of random cars.

    Worst customer service at the branch. Manager was too comfy in her chair to get up and help me just because I was late 10min to my appointment.

    Difficult to work with, slow, no awareness of valid government IDs, and rude to my wife. Go to another branch if you value your time, or just another bank for that matter.

    DID YOU KNOW...if your account is overdrawn, US Bank won't let you make a mobile deposit? They say it's because of fear of fraud--but I suspect it has to do with the fact that they can then keep piling on Overdraft Fees to your account unless you physically get to a branch. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHAME ON YOU, US BANK, PREYING ON THE POOR, KICKING PEOPLE WHEN THEY'RE DOWN.
