Tried to cash my check here but because I did not have address verification they would not let me cash my check but they made me sign it and then said no I could not cash it. So I then could not cash my check anywhere else due to them making me sign the check and not cashing it. When I confronted it they pretty much took NO RESPONSIBILITY...SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A CHECK I CANT CASH.SMH

Worst customer service in the whole wide world spoke with a customer service rep name onto Otoro wax me what do he think he should do very rude line as long as people been in line forever you have a multiple of employees working behind the counter with one man doing all the work no one has came out instead it’s gonna take a while I showed any type of customer service etiquette

Sergio needs an attitude check. I called today I was about to cash my check somewhere and the lady suggested me to go to u.s. bank because they might charge less to cash the check. so I called talk to Sergio he tells me that they can cash it for me when I get there. Then we walk 45 minutes from the place that was just about to cash my check to u.s. bank, in the Vegas! I don't understand if Sergio had a bad but even if you did it was no excuse for how unprofessional he treats customers. All I got was attitude. I was treated like I was a bum coming in off of the street with a fake check trying to scam him and even after he calls the customer of US Bank that wrote me the check and makes him go through extra Hoops to confirm that it's him even. The last thing I hear him tell my friend before he hangs up the phone. "Yes sir, Ill cash the check for her" then you makes me put my thumbprint on the check and then tells me that I'm required to give him my social security card and fill out a bunch of paperwork Before He'll cash the check for me. Ask him who cares around their social and why you didn't tell me this before I just walked 45 minutes in the heat.. Sergio is getting reviews on every possible social media site not to mention I'm a local public figure.

So I open my account at a different branch and that branch closed so my account was transferred to hear. I got a very rude phone call by the branch manager because she had questions that need to be answered! So I answered them but I hurt her feelings so her and Chanelle chargualaf Decided to close my account even though I have an 800 credit rating and I’ve never been late on any payments in over 20 years! The bankers here are extremely sensitive and will close your account if they feel like their feelings have been hurt in anyway shape or form. Sheep I tell you! Then when you call back and talk to somebody to make sense of things team woman has already decided your fate! Update! I opened a new account with Wells Fargo I received $200 just for doing so they looked over my mortgage and reduced it by $176 a month got me into a 20 year loan a savings of 8600 and change over the 20 years. So what was meant to be punishment Turned into a godsend!

I agree with the prior post that this location has had a problem with employee retention. This is for the West Flamingo and 215 location . So two years ago my wife makes a phone call to make payment arrangements on a ticket which were small payments. Not only did the girl at the court make a bogus payment arrangement but then charged my wife's u.s. bank account for the full amount. U.s. Bank refused to reverse the charge and accumulated daily overdraft charges forcing my wife to have to close her account because of their Sharky inflexibility. There is a reason why Citibank is number one and Wells Fargo is number 2 and Landing but usbankcom which does not even ranked number 3 say hey don't post fraudulent posts while u.s. Bank continues themselves in overdraft fraud. Just because it's legal does not mean it's honest. These people have been more happy to be in my account to get me to apply for a credit card with a five or six hundred dollar limit or a small loan and telling me it was a soft hit when it was a hard one. Liars at the local branch. If your tellers can't answer how bad someone's credit is being dinged, if they cannot answer with any surety then it is fraud because of the services you offer are not open and honest with how they ding people's Credit. Go down to any branch and ask the teller how many points will my score go down if I apply for a credit card because if they can't answer and they offer you an application anyway then it's fraud. Credit is too personal. This has been part of my experience the last two years. If you add up your service fees and how much they charge an overdraft then they make more money an overdraft then service fees. They don't care if you go to another bank because they made their money for just one year when your overdrafted and they mail that little card regular mail that takes 3 days to get there. Their excuse is well you can opt in for alerts when Wells Fargo will call you immediately if you are over drafted a penny with no overdraft fee. Every excuse is to push it back on the customer. I also needed my last bank account setup to duplicate the one before I needed to change bank accounts and there was an oversight. I have had a relationship with US Bank for years now and I have never opt-in for overdraft protection cuz I just don't need it. It was missed by both the teller and on my account you can't see if you're opted in or out it's not clear. u.s. Bank really just wants their fees and that's it. you can't get approved for a credit card with a $500 limit but they're happy when they know you don't have the credit to take $500 in fees like they did to my wife. if you don't qualify for a credit card with a $500 limit why would somebody even qualify for overdraft protection but they don't do it that way it's an option so they can get you faster than there service fees . It's predatory and this bank is nothing but a shark even after all the new regulations made since 9/11. Compare overdraft fees on average the service fees and you'll see how fast they make money off of that but you get the bad credit for it even though you can't get qualified for a $500 or $600 credit card limit. They are happy to be your credit for any new service they have to offer and very pushy and not at all up front. You lost my wife's business you're about to lose mine and you have just lost my co-workers business because you made your money in overdraft fees and I am not letting my coworker get sharked. Overdraft fees are used to secure years of service fees in advance and that's how people get scammed. u.s. Bank does not care to lose the business of anybody who gets scammed by overdraft fees and the problem comes from the very very top who isn't interested and being anything like number 2 Wells Fargo and number one Citibank because they get their paid anyway. Customer retention is not at all a concern and I'm happy to make Citibank bigger and bring my business there instead.

Haven't had any problems since I opened my account. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I look forward to doing more financial type transactions and trust their advice if I should encounter any issues I'm not familiar with.

My entire household Mom, my brother and i have an acct for over 10yrs! Unfortunatelly i opened another acct with my husband at this branch in 09. I went there to cash my check 2days ago! a simple transaction turned into a "i dont wanna help you" nasty attitude from the teller who then says come bak tomorrow to see my manager. I have 18times the amount i wanted to cash in my checking acct and they couldnt cash that small check wich by the way it comes from another US bank Business Acct!!! White blonde hair Teller didnt even bother to check my acct, find out how long ive been a cust of that branch or anything to see what she can do. All she kept saying "i cant take this form of ID...come bak tomorrow" although thats the ID the account was opened with! Their stupid i dont want to help you attitude is what really upset me. The next day was worse! i had to wait a good 45minutes to get a pretend to be manager to do nothing but make things worse! This place changes employees from managers to tellers endless of time in a Year! so if you ever need real help they will say and this is the tellers words "well i dont know you i didnt open your acct" DUH ofourse not!!! teller is a wanna be manager with a nasty attitude and manager is a Dummy who plays it along pretending she knows what shes doing when she cant make a simple decision of her own.

Always long line . Most branches closed . Makes doing a simple withdraw a long, mind numbing experience

Don't spend your money or time here. All they do is waste it. Called ahead of time to come set up a checking. Get there and was told it would be an hour because the other (2nd) employee was busy with a customer, asked for my number and said they would call. Been kicking rocks in the heat for an hour now and the same guy that couldn't help me is busy and the girl can't help because he's with a customer.. This is assanine, if I managed this branch I'd be embarrassed.
