    The branch manager is horrific to deal with. Not friendly, not personable, not willing to find solutions. Ridiculous. I went down the street to CBI and the branch manager there was everything this one wasn't. Educated, friendly, and willing to explain. So I happily took my money there. And I'd recommend anyone else do the same.

    Been going here for years. Be careful leaving drive through. You turn left in a narrow area that has a sidewalk right at the end of the building and people will step out in front of you sometimes. .

    I wanted to close my accounts, because after upgrading to the "platinum" checking account i started to get charged monthly fees. The woman laughed and said they should have waived those fees. I wasn't laughing. The fees were not waived. And i was out 120 dollars over the last 5 months. I went to a credit union and am much happier with the service, and the credit union is FREE. Also, once with USbank i overpaid my credit card and it took a whole week to have the payments reversed because i couldn't get ahold of an ACTUAL PERSON any time that i called. Again, once brought to several employees attention, they made it seem like it was soooo easy for them to fix (just like my "waived" checking account fees). OK if its so easy then why is it taking you guys a week to reverse the charges? They don't pay attention to their customers and don't understand that 25 dollars can make or break some people for the week. Would not reccommend USbank to anyone.

    Excellent customer service at the drive through. Although it can get busy, they try their best to be quick. One time they noticed my dog in my car and sent me a dog treat through the transport tube. Very nice people.

    Not very good at letting customers know about bank service updates or shutting down atm in advance. They could also invest in some traffic cones if a lane or atm lane is closed out of service.

    They only have one person at the drive through attending the window and the inside customers..she is very friendly and courteous but it takes forever to get service.by the time they get to u..u would have waited like 10 mins and then there is never receipts or a pen to fill out so there's another 5 mins..i just feel the employee at the window is overloaded with too muchbon her hands..
