I have been banking with US Bank for over 30 years and I've never experienced such poor customer service ever as I have at this branch. They referred me to another bank because they couldn't assist with a simple request. The branch manager should be fired.

I recieved an overpayment check from my insurance company today and I don't have an account with us bank or any bank because of personal beliefs. I was ready to receive a boatload of grief and harassment as I went in, as every banking establishment does this when they have to cash a check to a non customer regardless of it being drawn off of themselves even after the 6 and upwards dollar charge they punk you for. I walked up to Robert's booth and to my pleasant and thankful surprise he was incredibly respectful, efficient, and still managed to represent his company to a potential new customer without coming across like a used car salesman telemarketing pusher. He triple checked my credentials, made small talk to pass the time and then completed my transaction. I will absolutely open an account with us bank when I recieve regular income again. I appreciated the professionalism, and overall the basic sense of respect regardless of what I look like, or if I'm a customer or not. I really hope that his approach catches on with other bank tellers everywhere.

Twice in the last six months I've been driven to tears and both times were due to the service from US Bank and this branch. First, I was denied a home equity loan via the mail (was to use to pay off debt and remodel) due to "liens against my property." Well, I don't speak bank jargon so I spent hours trying to track down what liens these might be and there were zero. I even spent time calling Experien and TransUnion and all was clear. When I called and emailed US Bank asking for a simple explanation so I could address the issue, I received no explanation at all. Communication ended. Why would this option be offered to me to pay off debt when the debt was a barrier to being granted the loan in the first place? I was not offered any other options. My home loan was through US Bank for 17 years and I ended up refinancing my home with a different lender with a good amount of equity in my pocket. Second, after my home loan was paid off, I received two checks from US Bank for escrow overage. I went to deposit them via the ATM and both went through. Next morning when I checked my account, only one of them had gone through. I called the main customer service line and was told that since the check was made out to me and my ex husband and since we don't have a shared US Bank account the check was being returned and I had to go in to a branch and deposit it. Mind you, BOTH checks initially went through and were made out exactly the same. Two days later I took the re-issued check to the branch to deposit and was told that my ex-husband had to be there in person to deposit. He does not live here and that is nearly impossible as we've been divorced for 12 years and never had a joint account. The teller was nice enough to call someone and ask if there was a work-around, but there was not. However, she did not seem very understanding of my situation. She said I should have removed my ex-husband from the home loan prior to closing to avoid this situation, when it was US Bank who told me the only ways to remove him from the loan were to either refinance or I provide proof of his death. Why would someone assume I hadn't already tried to remove him from the loan after being divorced for 12 years?!? I have an account with a credit union for my paycheck direct deposits and went home and deposited it via the online app with no issues. I will be closing all accounts with US Bank in the near future because I frankly do not trust them with my money. I have money in savings for some house work and I don't trust that they will free it up when it's needed without jumping through significant hoops. I don't know if it's because I'm a single woman, or if this is just standard business practice, but it's terrible. US Bank needs to seriously re-evaluate their policies to be more customer friendly and accommodating.

I am stunned by the treatment of my spouse, by an employee named Sara. Not only was she rude, but she was also condescending. My wife called me in tears, after her experience. As a result, upon arrival back into town, I will be closing my three accounts with US Bank, and moving my business to another bank. If US Bank thinks that customers do not talk to one another about things like this, then they are dead wrong. Additionally, I will make sure that all of my customers know about our experience.

    Response from the owner

We strive to provide a level of service that meets our customers' highest expectations, Valle. Our employees are also trained to treat our customers with the highest level of respect. We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review and regret that we have not met our goal in this instance. We wouldn’t want to lose you without a chance to speak with you or your wife first. If you would like, please send us an email with your phone number to [email protected], including reference number 3981. An Ambassador will call you in 2 business days. Thank you and we look forward to speaking with you. ^Larisa

I have had the best experiences here. I am a business owner with banking relationships at 5 different banks and this is my favorite branch when it comes to getting things done. Sara Lee (Asst MGR) is absolutely fantastic to work with.

When I come in to get change for my business they never have change in their drawers to give, it’s always in the vault. Today my manager went In at 11:30 to get change and the teller told her he didn’t have change in his drawer it was in the vault and he wasn’t able to get change because his manager was in an appointment, shouldn’t these tellers have change in the drawers so they’re able to help customers. This location is poorly managed and has the worst customer service.

    Response from the owner

Hello Sharon, I'm sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused. For security, tellers have a small amount of change in their drawers. If you're asking for a lot of change for your business, we ask that you please call the branch ahead of time to request a change order, so that they can have it prepared in time for your visit. You can find branch contact information on our website at usbank.com/locations I hope this helps. ^Caitlin

This branch is a disgrace! My mother who’s English is proficient went in to get help with credit card and the branch manager Sarah Was the rudest, non customer centric banker I’ve ever encountered. She didn’t have the patience to help so when another banker stepped in to help, she still went ahead and told the other banker to not assist that credit card issue was not of bank branch matter and that the customer (my mom) should deal with it on her own. So disappointing, would never bank with US bank, and even so, never with this branch!

    Response from the owner

Hello, Thank you for leaving your review and for brining this to our attention. The behavior you've described is incredibly concerning and we'd really like to speak with your mom about what happened. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your mom's name, phone number, and reference number 9924. Once we receive her contact information, we'll be in touch within 2 business days. We hope to have this opportunity to assist. ^Caitlin

Being able to deposit cash in the ATM at the bank is wonderful. However, today it's not accepting cash. I got in line behind one car at the window, 1 car… After waiting 10 minutes I left. It's easier to drive to Wells Fargo then to continue to wait in line at this US Bank drive thru. My question is if you have something that is gonna take so long at the bank why are you sitting in the drive-through blocking every other customer from help instead of going inside the lobby?

    Response from the owner

Hello SLS, I'm sorry to hear the ATM wasn't accepting cash and the drive up window line was slow. We are concerned to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience at the branch and want to offer further assistance. If you would like us to reach out to you and discuss your concerns further, please email your phone number and reference #1904 to us at [email protected] and we'll call you in 24-48 business hours. Thank you for your time and patience. ^Kim

Been coming to this branch for 2months to cash my paycheck. Drive thru Opened at 9:30....show up this morning to cash my paycheck. Now they don't open till 10. Lobby still isn't open because of covid, so 9:30 was a good idea. 10 w/no notice is so frustrating! I start my job at 10 and it's not the same schedule every day, so there is no guarantee during the day when I'll have time to cash. And wall Mart doesn't accept the check in their machine. I relied on this branch opening at 9:30...again, so frustrating!! 😡

    Response from the owner

Good morning Barbara, Thanks for reaching out with your feedback. Please know that the well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities continues to be our top priority. We must strike the right balance between continuing to serve the banking needs of our customers, while supporting public health efforts and ensuring the safety of our employees. To continue providing this essential service while providing a safer service operation for our customers and colleagues, we have temporarily adjusted the operations for our branches across the country. We are doing this by decreasing lobby usage, encouraging drive through use, and consolidating operations. At this time, we don't know when the branch will return to normal hours. In the meantime, many transactions can be completed 24 hours a day at usbank.com, using the U.S. Bank Mobile App, using a U.S. Bank ATM or by calling our 24- Hour Customer Service at 800-872-2657. We really appreciate your understanding as we work to help everyone as safely as possible. Respectfully^Caitlin
