I come across scam by US bank. I have got an Exclusive offer- open checking account, put 2000$ and get sign in bonus 300$ within 90 days. Oh yes, the consultant in the brunch saw this type of offer 1000000 times and she opened my account, even entered the unique confirmation code. I did paperless and already 5th month after opening an account. NO BONUSES. I do not recommend to waist your time in here. Me and my husband lost the opportunity to invest 4k$ in something more reliable. Do not recommend! Closing my account and will never recommend this bank. Update. I tried to figure out the issue, arrived to us bank 14680 W Colfax Dr, Lakewood, CO 80401 and again a service advisor could not answer our question, I asked the branch supervisor, but she had a meeting. We were promised that the branch supervisor will give us a call. It was last week. Audio service

Moving our accounts from US Bank. An employee just went to cash her paycheck here. Such an unpleasant experience for her. She had to call me to arrange to have the US Bank teller Sam Hughes(?) OK the check to be cashed by calling my wife. Then even after that call our employee said she was interrogated and had to pay $7 to have her check cashed since she was not a US Bank customer. Consistently horrible service from USBank branches.

I went to deposit $2720 on 04/27/22, around 5pm , The teller short counted my money by $100. When he came back from counting he said I had only $2620. Me and my husband had counted twice before going to deposit . We were surprised that the teller shorted the money by $100. However we told him to recount , still $100 short . My LO was being fussy so We had to come back with the money to recount in the car coz the teller was staring at us thinking we were wasting his time . It have had this happened to me once few years back but I didn’t think bank could do mistakes so I let it go . But this after happening to me again I am not liking us bank so much .

I had the worst banking experience with US Bank Lonetree branch CO. We opened an account with them hoping to get $400 (States Farm alliance) as the bonus after having direct deposits for 2 months. We opened an account in September and it has been 1 month since we are following up with them on the bonus. Sent multiple emails but did not get even a single response. We visited the branch multiple times but we were told that they have some system issues and someone is going to submit promotion bonus for us but even after multiple follow-ups, nothing has happened. I have been a customer of Chase since last 6 years and never faced such issue. US Bank's customer service is not at all at par with other banks. I am really not sure why no one is taking this forward.

Avoid this branch. Horrible experience. I deposited a large amount of cash using their lobby atm. The atm took my money however it did not get deposited Into my account. The branch was unable to do anything for me , all they could say was “call the 1800 number” I felt so hopeless. Several days and weeks later I tried to reach out to the branch manager Jesse Martinez via email and phone to get an update on the issue and no response !! He ignored my calls and e-mails. And supposedly when they did try to call me “my number was disconnected” There was no courtesy follow up. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend the people working at this branch.

I have been a customer for US Bank over 6 years. My Dad has a joint checking account with me at US Bank. I tried to get 3 foreign checks deposited back in March 2021 and they still have not deposited it. I've reached out to Jesse many times now and gave him a copy of the 3 checks. I just feel this branch doesn't care or they are so busy that they will never follow up. Which Bank in US takes more than 4-5 months to deposit money into your account?? Update 7-22: Branch Manager confirms the checks were not directed to the correct department and can't be located. Wow US Bank fantastic job on losing my checks!! I wish I could update the review for 0 stars!!

VERY disappointed. Went to charge my new electric car at this location in Lone Tree and was shocked of the total disregard for rules. When I arrived, I noticed all electric car stalls were filled with gas cars and 3 out of 4 charging stations were out of service indicated by a blue bag over the station. I'm petty sure people PAY to charge. Not sure why you would show this kind of disregard for rules?! SHAME ON YOU US BANK! Be sure, this will be on other electric car social media sites so they know not to expect anything from their US Bank!

I can understand being busy. But when I arrived at this location there was only 4-5 vehicles in the parking lot and no one in drive thru. I was never greeted had to call and send in the tube to get a deposit slip, which took 5 mins to get. Then took 10 minutes to get my receipt. There excuse was there was a long line in lobby. I worked at banks before and it never took more than 3 minutes a transaction. Disappointed think some training needs to be redone.

I just spoke with Jesse, the bank manager, and presented him a check written to me personally from U.S. Bank. I asked him to cash it for me and he thought about it, then said he wouldn't do that. Then I asked if he would at least convert it over to a cashier's check so that I have certified funds and he refused to do that also. That is the first time I've ever had a bank refuse to honor their own check. Don't bank here...

I am a long-time USBank customer. I've had friendly service from tellers. A few weeks ago I started an application for a Home Equity line of credit. I received a letter showing an interest rate which was higher than Tyler, the loan officer had told me. I wanted to clarify the rate, so I contacted him multiple times. I left voice mails and emails, but never got this simple question answered. I am frustrated. I won't send USB my documents to finalize the loan when I can't get the courtesy of a response. I've been patient because of these unusual COVID times, and I hope you are all well.
