Go Elsewhere for your banking! I Created a new account but have been unable to enroll in online banking due to a technical error on their end which no one seems to be able to resolve. What’s the point of opening an account if I can’t use your services? It’s been a month, 12 phone calls, no reply to the investigation as to why. When I google the error it seems hundreds of other people are experiencing the same thing without resolution but they pretend it’s the first time they’re hearing of it when I call. I closed the account because it’s no point in having a useless bank account

US bank is a joke! The call center points you to the branch, and the branch will say they can’t do anything from there. After 5 trips to the branch and 10 calls and nothing is resolved. Not to mention if I call the local branches the system hangs up on you. My account was flagged due to a name change, but yet my direct deposit comes in the name they flagged…. Yet they have accepted that name for years. Now they are holding my direct deposit until God knows when… I do not recommend this bank, their customer service is horrible! No accountability what do ever!

Perfect! I have been with this bank since I first opened a checking account and I love them. I have never had a single problem with customer service or rudeness. Sometimes the lines do get a little long, but the bankers do everything they can to make sure every guest is dealt with TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES. People just have to understand that sometimes the bank system will only allow a banker to go so far, considering they're also a branch and not a full scale bank!

The staff at this bank are rude as hell. I would not suggest doing business with this bank. I was just there trying to be helped .I had to run back to my car twice. Soon as I come back the teller closes her window and refuses to help me. She knew I was coming back. Every teller I dealt with today was rude . I was there for my disabled mother. Luckily I convinced her to close this account with them and come to Arrowhead where the staff is friendly and welcoming By the way the ATM is ALWAYS out of service . I go in here for my mother frequently and it's rare to find the ATM working

Other reviews are quite accurate. The main number referred me to call this branch as they put a "hold" on my account? For what? No explanation. So i called this branch... and called.. . And called... no one answers. They then pick up and hang up the phone. So now i'm driving an hour back to this location so i can close my accounts and access my money. Glad i wasn't any further out before i realized this. Stay far away! Don't let the "open an account with us" and get $xx its not worth it!

This bank, especially the Atm, and bankers, are below par in my opinion. Don't use this ATM and definatly another bank if you're on a tight schedule. I was amazed to see the ATM, was not out of service, and decided to use it. I made a deposit around 230 in the afternoon. I didnt expect the funds to be availible for 24 hours though, I've made the same deposit for several years. Instead, to my amazement, the ATM said that I made the deposit at 0930 the next day. So the badly needed dollars sat in the bank while they collected intrest on it, I can only assume. The bank is insufficenly staffed and by tellers that are inadequately trained. It takes several minutes to a complete simple transaction. I tried to call the bank and the phone repeatedly went dead upon transferring my call. "Dark ages"! There is a Chase around the corner!!!!

They charged me a fee for closing my savings account which doesn’t make sense it should be free to close it,i left it dormant for two months because I couldn’t save any money so they charged me a 37$ fee i paid it so I don’t owe anymore but just be aware if you close it there is a fee

This place sucks! I purchased three money orders and I ended up not using them. The bank wouldn't refund me the service charge for a product I didn't use. Called corporate office and they refused to help. They lost a customer over 5.00 very sad. Avoid them at all cost! They also don't have a non refundable warning anywhere.
