Door locked had to use drive thru. Long lines. Intercom system was bad . Couldn't hear the bank clerk clearly

Long wait times in their drive through. 30 minutes plus on days not the 1st week of the month. Hour plus the first week, for just a simple deposit. I will be doing everything I cab to change banks. ATM deposits are not an option for me. Entered line at 9:45, out 10:16 Entered 9:45 no one in line, simple deposit, 3 cars came and left before I got my deposit back 9:54 Entered line at 9:35 1 car infront of me, out 10:11. The wait time got so long at least one customer was honking their horn.

This is usually my go to bank when I'm at work. Today was my first negative experience here. Lady was rude. Wanted to charge me a fee for a box of pennies because it was a large amount a whole $25.. seemed fishy or lazy one of the two. Tried to withdraw it from my own personal account and was told no because she knows it's for the business account. Talked to the manager and she wasn't any help.

I used the atm on 10/25/2017. I tried to withdraw $300. It gave me a "transaction cannot be completed"error. So I drove off. Check my account an hour later and the $300 had been taken out of my account. Never again. I have been waiting on a refund thru my bank which is not IS. And now I have to reach out to US. TO DISPUTE. I HOPE THEY RUN THE FOOTAGE BACK QUICK.

This bank has some of the rudest tellers ive ever experienced. they will ignore people waiting in line so they can finish their conversation. 1 person being helped and 4 more gathered together gossiping while 3 customers waited.

This bank has the worst customer service I have experienced. The phone number listed gives incorrect information. The bank lobby isn’t open when it clearly states they are open until 5. Several elderly customers in line who don’t know how to use the drive up system. Nobody assisting them causing long lines delays. ATM is down and customers can’t get assistance, walking up to cars in drive up trying to reach someone. One teller in the window smiling while on her personal cell phone.
