    Last Thursday, I scheduled an appointment online for a notary at 1pm today, Monday. I get here and they say the notary called in. When I asked why couldn't someone have notified me to cancel my appointment, the lady shrugs her shoulders talking to the other worker like she didn't know what I was talking about, but when I walked out of the store I got a notification that my appointment is cancelled.

    Very unprofessional. Can't help you even if they are not busy. They just keep repeating themselves "I'm so sorry I can't help you". This is the third time they do this and it's always the same.We will be closing our accounts with US Bank... for sure..

    There were two employees behind the glass. One was waiting on a customer, and the other was doing computer work, and there was one person in front of me. The one doing computer work came out, and asked the one in front of me if his transaction could be done at the ATM, and she ignored me, which was fine because opening a CD couldn't be done at the ATM anyway. When it was my turn with the only employee waiting on people, I said what I wanted, and thought I'd be turned over to the one doing computer work. No. Instead, I was told she was in training, the branch was short staffed, I wouldn't be allowed to open an account today. Come on. If you can't do all the normal transactions on a particular day because of staffing issues, PUT UP A SIGN. I'd have saved 15 minutes waiting only to be told, "no." I also thought something was up that it took 15 minutes to finish up with one person, and wait on the one in front of me. I wasn't impressed. I'd have felt differently if the woman polling the customers had asked the nature of the transaction because I got the impression that if you said, "no" to the ATM query that it was ok to deal with the lone teller. I had no clue that I'd be sent away with no help.

    If I could give zero stars I would lousy service manager at this location did not want to help because they were close to closing time still had an hour to help people but decided not too smh Terrible customer service

    This place deserves zero stars. Customer service is horrible the guy who was suppose to help me was very rude. I've never had an issue until today. Very disappointed!!!
