I have found the staff at this branch (who are long-term employees) to be extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Especially when I set up my account--they helped me download the app and register everything and get all set up. Not always the case with banks. A primary reason why I keep banking with US Bank. shorted my 73 year old mother 40 dollars on a cash withdrawl, then branch manager gave her a runaround about she had to call the corparate office to resolve the issue, all you need to do is count the till and if it's 40 over ta-da. suspect he and teller are in it together to steal from customers who seem vulnerable and easily mislead

I walked in at 9:30 to try to withdraw money from my account. The female and male behind the counter told me that they didn't open till 10:00 a.m. and told me to use the ATM. I go to try to use the ATM and the ATM does not have any money in it The female in the mail continue to tell me just to wait till 10:00 a.m. and they will fill the machine up when they can or when they can get to it. I told them I have to be at work by 10:00 a.m. and I needed that money before noon but they continued to insist that they couldn't do anything until 10:00 a.m.

Always had a reasonable bank experience. There is a line when they are busy and some times its loud but that's what happens when your banking inside of a store. Staff have always been polite and provided resources to help solve any problems or answer any questions I've had.

Rudest employee ive ever encountered. I do several loans through us bank and at all times keep 6 figures in my accts there. and this young guy I guess who’s going to the navy soon or something is so incompetent and rude im considering switching banks.

I hate this U.S. bank. I've been a costumer for U.S. bank for 9 years and I've never had issues with them before this one . Even the managers are lazy and not helpful at all. I've never experienced such bad service with this bank ever before. If I had the corporate number I would call. That's how sucky their service is. DO NOT COME HERE
