    Worst Staff, I went there for opening Business Bank account, I got appointment after a week so after a week when I got there with all papers. There was nobody on table whose appointment I got. After 15 min cashier who is Manager himself look at his computer and said there is no appointment in his calendar. I saw him written confirmation but he denied his service and told me to come after a week. His name was Francisco DaBroy something. He behave so badly and show too much attitude even though it's ther fault. Very unprofessional person. Management should take action.

    Not only can you never withdraw money from their ATM’s 90% of the time, but now it appears you can’t DEPOSIT money EITHER!!! I’m sorry, but you are a BANK!! Banks are supposed to allow you to withdraw and deposit money. This location is an absolute DISGRACE. I love US Bank, but this location is abhorrent. Don’t come here unless you want your time to be wasted. I live next to this location and now I have to drive to Paramount or Bellflower to use a working ATM. Whoever manages this branch should be ashamed of themselves. Get it together!!!!!!!

    This location is one of the worst and full of headache and waste your time. Atm is always broken. For example, one time it ate my check deposit and never returned it. So I had to call customer service and file a dispute to get my deposited check back. And this is total waste of time. Secondly, the inside service is super slow. Their computer is always "lagging" per the teller and takes forever to get anything done. Avoid this location or go with another bank.

    Very rude tellers. 1st teller told me western union was off line so just wait and she’ll call me when it’s ready. Waited 30 minutes and watched her help other customers and the line got longer . She did not get back to me. I did not want to make a scene with other guests so I waited in line again for another 15 minutes and 2nd teller helps me. I told her why they never called me? Oh because they’re busy . But why let me wait endlessly ? Very very unprofessional . To end it all, no apology from anyone. But a sarcastic “have a nice day”. Really US bank?? Don’t go to this location - very rude tellers and no customer service at all. They think customers are crazy but they are the ones working so they need to understand the long wait and frustrations from customers ! Not just a whatever attitude they show.

    Great people work there but can't use a calculator to save their lives. I went to get a loan and i was qualify for a less amount from what I requested. I should have taken the less amount loan when i had the chance. The 2nd loan approval took awhile and i had to pay the late fees which the manager said we were going to call to get off. Nope! never did. The Manager was on his lunch break and had his mortgage loan guy work on my loan which was denied. They tossed my credit cards into a line of credit. They told me it was only $72 a month for now. Lieee!! its $150 a month in pure interest. I got sucker again into losing more money.smh Very disappointing

    This place deserves a higher rating, I called two other branches but nobody answered my calls. Josh at this branch answered all of questions over the phone, he was super friendly and helpful.

    This branch and as far as my experience this bank in general is a very unprofessional institution. Took a Cashiers check made out from US Bank here just to be told by the SUPER RUDE teller that they had no money, very odd and unprofessional.
