    Penny didn’t want to help because they were going to closed soon. Worst bank and worst customer service. I got the feeling she was Prejudice. First I called the 1-800 number and they told me to come down the bank to deposit money in order to clear my overdraft fee and she said “I’m too late to clear my overdraft fees” but than I called the 800 number and the guy cleared my overdraft fees within 2 minute of the call. I don’t know what’s wrong with PENNY. Yes that’s her name. She couldn’t even tell me what my balanced was. I will never go to this bank again

    My partner does her banking here. Not a lot of staff here, at this location. But they make up for it with friendliness. The inside of the bank is pretty sterile but it's a bank, so do not expect too much for ambience. We have been here when it has been extremely busy, so I would definitely stay away from here from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. I hope this helps you out.

    I don't wanna ruin no individuals career but certain people there are not as courteous as their fake smile leaves them to be and you could tell they don't believe the words that they are telling you. A couple times a week I cash a check out of convenience my bank is on the other end of town because I don't have an account at US Bank they charge me $7 every time the check is over $50 but it seems to only happen 2 or 3 times a month out of the 8 times they only do it with discretion so why does this policy even stand I feel like they are robbing me and they owe me hundreds of dollars If not thousands over the past 10 years

Check cashing is a service provided typically for account holders. If the branch has been waiving the fee, this is being done as an exception.     Branch lobby is still not open to the public. You have to walk through the drive thru. Even if multiple lanes are open often times just one teller is serving everyone. Not uncommon to have 6+ cars backed up waiting. Employees are friendly but time to open up and hire additional tellers if needed.

    Manager and account representatives are wonderful. But, the new ATM is slow, inconvenient, and lately has been unavailable 6 times out of 10. The drive though is slow, slow, the teller is competent but is possibly the slowest person I have ever encountered at a bank. Why aren't there at least 2 tellers at the drive though when you can't even go inside to do business? Also. an ATM in the drive though would be great.

    Bank drive thru hours are not the hours listed. Extremely inconvenient to conduct business when you show up and it’s already closed. Twice I have tried to do business only to find it closed.
