EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I wish I would have read the reviews proir to attempting to do business there, apparently this is not unusual. I have been a faithful USBank customer and have seriously considered switching based on my experience. I did leave a detailed review with US bank and have had no follow up. Again I hope this is a reflection on this branch and not on US Bank as a whole.

I am soo beyond pissed at this bank! Suddenly there is a spending limit when using your debt card.. which I find funny because just two weeks ago I paid the same amount of bills and bought the same amount of groceries and didn’t have a problem, today is different story, in line to pay for groceries only to be told my card is declined! I was just at the bank this morning making a deposit!!!

I have been going to this bank for 5 years. The staff is friendly and professional every time I go to this branch. I have known Daisy since day one and I am grateful for her excellent customer service!

Please DO NOT bank with this UNPROFESSIONAL Bank that called US Bank. Extremely unprofessional and very sorry bank to go with. I've had nothing but unbelievable charges that made no sense. Just go with a REAL bank. I should've read the reviews from the other people. Lesson Learned

Not Non-Profit Friendly. Very disappointed. I made a simple mistake that my personal bank would have helped me with, but US Bank wouldn't budge. $25 fee for a less that $5 mistake. Will be shopping for a new bank soon.

Waited for 10 minutes just to Grab quarters and a cash advance the cash advance machine didn’t work and no one was on the line there was 3 people waiting. I had to call from my cell phone to the branch and ask if they were closed (which I knew they weren’t) horrible customer service

HONEST REVIEW, I spent 5 weeks waiting for an approval on a simple refinance.. What a waste of time, I got the loan at another bank... I hate big Corpa banks to bad this is the irrational business world we live in.
