If you bank with US Bank avoid this branch at all cost. Used their outdoor ATM to deposit a fairly large check, the ATM rejected the check and did not return it. Which I understand happens. But I went to get it resolved and the manager pretty much said "what do you me to do about it?" And to call the number on my receipt. I want you to deal with it that's what! Extremely unprofessional and brushed me off like it's not his problem, no ownership whatsoever. There's obviously an issue with branch I can see from others reviews and US Bank is doing nothing about it. I called the number and it is still not resolved and it's going on for the third day of my large sum check sitting in limbo. I'm honestly quite nervous trusting this bank with my money going forward.

Terrible customer service. Honestly this whole bank and their system is disappointing. Especially the manager Maher, very rude and degrading. And I called the 1800 number twice and spoke to two managers that were both supposed to call me back and neither one did. Switched to chase and it’s been the easiest transition and I wish I did it earlier. Save yourself the trouble. Go with Chase. Or any other bank!!!!!

I love these group of people, Malik Saleh was the agent who helped me on opening my credit card, he truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure everything got set up well, I did get to meet some of the other people team there too, and they were also friendly, upbeat and professional as Malik. He comes highly recommended and any one would be lucky to have him as their agent .

This manager I don’t know what his name but he was so rude unprofessional… I will make complain about him .. I been a customer to this bank for many years but now I’ll close all my accounts because of this rude person

This is by far the worst branch/bank I’ve ever banked with. They are so unprofessional, I was opening my account and I had people walking in and out of the cubical talking to the person opening my account, while all my personal information was out, nothing was explained to me, the fact they like to hold checks on hold for 7 business days, the fact that they charge an over draft fee for being negative on a pending transaction, not posted. I’ve learned to completely hate this bank, so unprofessional so old school, never ever will I bank there ever again. For gods sake tcf bank is better then this place.

Entered bank this morning for deposit in one of many business accounts and was so disrespected it was unbelievable...I spoke to the manager (Charles Liedtke)and expressed myself as to the disrespect. He promised to handle the situation ...The bank teller treated me as if I did not exist. Laughing and joking with a customer at her station while I patiently stood in line waiting..After her entertainment of customer she looked at me and walked away from her station as if I wasn't even there...She came back and allowed someone she knew to go in front of me...I have never been so disrespected in my life..If I wasn't in a rush for a very important meeting,I would have closed all my accounts...Calling corporate to get a reason not to....Never again going to this location 8739 Harlem Ave Bridgeview, IL (Southfield Plaza) Terrible customer service!!!

So I have been banking here for years now. Today I come into the office to do some account changes. I am here waiting patiently. There was someone before me. I am next,however someone comes in after me he sits down. I was standing the woman said did u need help I replied yes. She then tells me to have a seat I will be with you when I am done with him. I was 1st no 1 cares. Customer service where here not today.

Tried setting up automatic payments, as I was told I could choose a payment due date as well but my paperwork was never filed! How unprofessional. I took time off work to make sure to get this done and am now told paperwork that was faxed was never received? I am beyond livid. I only wanted to make sure my payments were prompt and to get my due date moved as I was told I could. Never using the Bridgeview branch again.

Went in to open a checking account, and a business checking account, Hedaiah was the banker that took care of me all 3 times I went in, very professional, well spoken and courteous. The Bridgeview branch is not the closest to me but I will drive the extra 20 min to speak to her.
