    If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Never have I seen a bank be open LESS OFTEN THAN THE POST OFFICE!! Limited 3 day a week hours for drive thru, really?? You want my money you will have to increase your hours!!

    My parents have been customers with this bank for as long as they have lived in Eldon, which has been about 30 years. They had set a large portion of their money into a trust along with a checking account. My dad passed away seven years ago, my mom is now 90 and is in good over all health. She goes to her bank once a month to withdraw some cash. Everytime she goes in almost it is a new teller and a worry because they can't find her account in their computer We have even had to return to her home for bank statements to prove that she is a customer. They have even asked her if she is sure she is at the right bank! This experience continued for many months and then they told us it was because of the trust that they could not find it. So we went to bank manager, Carrie and spent 45 minutes trying to fix the problem only to find that their computers were down and she would fix it later, which never happened. It has been several months later and they finally have a file folder made just for her account telling them how to find her account by her social security number. No one has ever offered an apology of any kind. My mom ordered checks seven weeks ago through the bank. The first box, if you can believe anyone at the bank was mailed to her old address which according to Carrie, happened because of the default program on the computer. If a customer comes to you and tells you they have their house and gives you a new address, shouldn't you delete their old address or change the default to the new? We were informed the first box had to be found before they could reorder. Anyway , we had them reorder the checks with the correct address and they were suppose to be next day delivery. After 3 or 4 days and still no checks, we we're aasured by tellers they were on the way. A few days later still no checks, this time u contacted the bank manager who looked on her computer, said the first box was returned and the second box printed but not nailed. She said she would look into it and call me. She did call me later that day to say that they could not get a hold of a person at that company but she would keep trying. The next day I called her and was told they didn't know if the checks had been printed and when I told her she told me it was on her computer the day before that they had been printed, she denied this function being available to her. I didn't argue the point. This was last midweek and I ha very e never heard from her again. Two or three days went by and I called the main bank. The woman I talked to was very kind and helpful. After explaining our delima, she looked it up on her computer to find out Carrie had ordered them the day before and did not check the box for next day delivery. I have filed a complaint that I hope is followed up on. It is Wednesday, March 13, 2019, we are still waiting for checks and I left a message for or Carrie today, as she has never bothered calling us. I don't know what is just in this situation, but my 90 year old mom's mind has not and will not be at peace until she has her checks in hand. The mental anguish she has been through is not fair. I hope something is done to make things right to her. If my dad was alive, I do know what he would have done, he would have pulled every cent away from this bank and moved it to another bank I hope this review gives others something to think about. S.     This place is a total joke and unless you enjoy $400 in fees avoid this place at all costs the manager Karey will just tell you nothing she can do how helpful I’m closing all my accounts with us bank
