I would give this branch a zero if that was a option. The branch manager Noel Faler was very rude and disrespectful to my wife. She was trying to get information to solve a situation she was having with the ATM. Wouldn’t give her any information to try and solve her situation. Noel Faler rolled his eyes several times and could care less. Then when I went in and talked with him in a calm professional manner he did the same to me. I asked for his managers information and he refused to give it to me. This is a small town and customer service should mean more than that. I will be making a complaint to the regional manager as well.
We are so sorry to hear this was your experience with the branch manager, Britton. We strive for an exceptional experience with each interaction, and we regret that this expectation was not met. We’d like to speak with you to appropriately address the service provided to you. If you don’t mind, please send us an email with your phone number to [email protected], including reference number 3152. One of our Ambassadors will call you within 1-2 business days. Thank you and we look forward to speaking with you. ^Larisa

They closed their drive-up window in 2019. That was bad enough but they have not reopened it during the COVID-19 pandemic! Reopening the drive-up during the pandemic would have made sense if they wanted to protect their customers and employees but apparently they do not care about either their employees or their customers! Might be time to go elsewhere. Their reply was typical corporate "your call is important to us which is why we are making you wait" type BS. I quote: "Thanks for sharing your feedback Bill. I assure you the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority."...... No specifics, just platitudes and no answer to whether they have reopened the drive-up or not or why, if not. Their answer does nothing more than prove my point... Update November 2021: Now they are shutting down their safe deposit boxes as well. I have set up new accounts elsewhere and will shut down my US accounts ASAP. Adios US Bank, I have been with US Bank for decades but enough is enough, I need a real bank!
Thanks for sharing your feedback Bill. I assure you the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We’d hate to lose your business and hope you’ll give us the opportunity to continue serving your banking needs. ^Heather

sadly the manager Noel was not interested in any customer service today i needed a small bag of coins run thru the machine he refused as i was not a business i met with him to ask why he could just do it for a customer he said no i was so shocked filed a report. i have been a customer for 25 years he was acting so smug it really was upsetting because he should have just done it would have taken less time lol

Incredibly rude, slow horrible customer service. Zero ambition to take care of And keep loyal customers. They no longer have a drive thru and close at 4 pm. We have changed banks and will never go back.

I don't bank here but have to make deposits into other's accounts monthly. Just about every other time we go in there's a problem. Now the drive thru is no longer so that adds to the suck. You'd think it'd be simple to make a deposit but it's not, one time they had a problem w/the last name on the deposit slip (it's been the same every month), though the acct # is there. Last time I was unable to make the deposit b/c it was over $500, so both of us had to go in & split the deposit between us. That was a first. They also needed my personal info, though I dont bank there, that's a first too. It's just a headache to do what should be an easy quick thing. I've heard nightmare stories about their fees & charges & I've never heard someone speak positively of this bank.

I agree with the other reviewer that there is always some kind of problem at this branch. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings that works there, but my experience with the Prineville branch has been really disappointing.
Hello Martin, we hate hearing you feel this way, but we believe the only way we can improve is to listen to our customers. If you would like to talk about your experiences, please email your phone number to us at [email protected] and we'll call you in 24-48 business hours. We hope for the chance to help improve services at your local branch. ^Kim

Friendly ladies, just not in any hurry to get a line of people in and out of the building. In their defense, the whole town is that way. Slower in in general.

My teller was very cordial and handled my transaction well.
