I've been a US Bank customer for over 6 years now and haven't looked back once. My first banking experience was with a local credit union, but that quickly turned sour - that story is for a different day. Both my personal and business accounts are now at US Bank. Banker of the year award should go to everyone at this branch, but especially Bill. He has always gone above and beyond to help me. It doesn't matter if it's a simple question, depositing/withdrawing funds, auto loan advice, how to keep my accounts fee-free, or anything in between. Fine for normal banking but I would look elsewhere for a home loan. It was an unorganized and stressful process to work with them through a mortgage lender.
