Horrible customer service, and unreasonably slow. I can forgive the slow tellers and horrible wait in the drive thru if the bank tellers had any customer service skills at all. I was in line for over 20 minutes and the tellers couldn't even say "Hi, sorry for the wait. How can I help you?" Just "You want to deposit this?" And then didn't say a single word when she was finished with my transaction. Just gave me my ID back and walked away. Absolutely horrible bank, if I didn't have so much already tied to my account I would have walked in and closed all my accounts. Will not be back to this branch ever again.

I had to shut down my debit card due to fraud a few months ago and got a temporary card, picked out a new one, and was told it would be mailed to me. The temporary card apparently doesn't actually last until its expiration date, which I wasn't told. My card was declined and I had to call the customer service line who informed me my new card was never ordered, even though Yvette at this branch said she did. Pretty embarrassing considering her position. It's really no wonder the employee turnover rate is so high with her there.

Been with US Bank for 20 plus years... walked in today at 11:55 only client in the lobby and no vehicles in the drive through.. 6 tellers standing around talking.. they say "we will be with you in a moment" they talk about where they are going or having for lunch, now 12:05, 4 tellers leave. 1 is now in drive through, 1 remaining says "If YOU are ready, I can help you" I tell him I need to do a large withdrawl... he says... oh my vault teller just left to lunch, let me see if I can get the manager to help" gives me my ID and withdrawl slip and proceeds to tell me to wait "over there" now there are 5 people in line... waited another 5 minutes... then left

I would make it 0 stars if I was able. This bank as a whole engages in predatory practices that should be illegal. This week I will be closing my account and I will never look back. I had been with this bank for almost 20 years.

US Bank drive up was a parking lot Monday morning. 39 Minutes to get to the teller and complete the transaction. Pack your patients and your laptop. Luckily, I had my computer and finished all of my Monday morning paper work in line. Times have changed please be patient with customer service workers.

Horrible service. Three tellers and only one of them was polite to each guest; one teller was literally screaming at this man who didn't speak very good English. When it was my turn at the counter, I presented the documentation needed to have my name changed. I was told that I need to make an appointment and they're all booked up and couldn't get me in until next week. I thought that was weird , so I called another bank. They said it's no problem, no appointment needed, and documentation I tried to provide to this branch was more than enough. It wouldn't have been a huge deal had they answered when I called them twice before I went down there. The "make an appointment" module on the website is broken so I couldn't go that route. This is the second time I've been to this branch and both times I've noticed how snippy the employees. Not to sound like a "Karen", but I won't be going back. Please, guys, do better.

Despite the poor reviews of this location, I've not had a bad experience here. Folks behind the counter are always friendly and helpful, and I've not had to wait more than a few minutes to take care of my transactions. The drive-thru window is always a bit busy, but the line inside is always short.

I am an account holder, conducting business at their location. They would not allow my 6 year old to use their bathroom even though she was clear she reeeaaallly needed to go. That is horrible customer service. Closing all of my accounts. Bye.

Not surprising to see this particular location with a 2 star rating. My experience was not a professional one by any means. Fully staffed and not seeming too busy they told me I could make an appointment and come back to open a savings account. I politely asked if we could take the time now due to a busy schedule. The two tellers looked at one another and laughed then told me again that I could make an appointment. I found it very questionable that with all these available staff members not one of them was willing to help me open a simple savings account even after I had explained my busy schedule. I have been with USBANK for over a decade and never experienced such unprofessionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this locations staff members.
