I have such hit and miss service a this branch office, and from looking at the other reviews others do as well. When I went in a few months ago, I was attempting to set up a secondary savings, because I was receiving an in inheritance, I was told that there was no reason for me to be there, "because I can do it myself on line." Then told that they don't set up accounts in the bank. Going in to get two sets of registered checks did go really well. Then yesterday, I called this branch because of looking to speak to a financial advisor, and just wanted to know when our appointment was, was told by the automated recording that someone would contact me prior to the close of business today. 5:30, closed for an hour and a half now. Still waiting. I sure hope that it isn't tomorrow and that they may charge me a "no show fee". (I think that it is tomorrow, but no idea of the time). I guess that was way too much to ask to confirm an appointment. I am not sure who the branch manager of this bank is, but they need to be replaced because the attitude that I have always got while in this establishment was that it was sort of "play time", that is needed for anywork place, but when you are not assisting your customers that is a problem.

When this bank changed personal this is when everything started to fall apart.... slow drive-thru you have to wait more than 20 minutes .....or not enough people in that bank, bank personal having personal conversations you have to wait until there done talking....this bank use to be great what happend?

I’ve been a US Bank customer for 20+ years and today I have seriously considered moving to another bank. I came in to cash a small check ( in and out). There were only 2 tellers working and both we’re working on projects (loans etc). I was the only one in line. Waited 10 minutes and finally asked if it would be much longer as I had an appointment soon. Finally got to the teller and No apology No greeting nothing.After my transaction was completeNO thank you NO nothing!!! RUDE!!! Is this how you treat your customers of 20 years??? Do not come here if you expect to be treated like a human being.

Bank reps inside this location are clearly not trained as reputable notaries...They did not know the difference between needing a witness and witnessing my husband and I sign the document which is what a notary does. Thank you Bank of America for saving the day. Always good to have multiple banks

They still not opening the other banks that stay open late and got there before 4 which is before they close but still did not want to help me. Could not pull up in time because the car broke down in front of me.

They make their customers wait in line but their friends pull up to a closed line and leave before anyone waiting in the open customer lines. Horrible customer service. 11:30am on a Monday 7-20-20. Check the cameras.
