    Really bad service . The ATM gobbled up my money and then the manager did no believe me! After a lot of phone calls, l finally got my money. Eventually they shut down both the ATM and drive up window. They are taking an extraordinary amount of time remodeling their small building, all the while denying most of their basic services. I now have to drive many miles to another branch in Orchards which gives me great service.

    I love this bank. They all ways accommodate my request. Only one time I have had an issue and that was thru drive thru. I hadn't seen the teller before she was rude and said she couldn't deposit my check because my husband wasn't there with me.. the issue was resolved check was deposited and the following visit she wasn't the one helping me but she did smile and wave. I would give all the employees a 10 if I could. Thanks guys for all you do.

    I have used this bank for many years I have multiple business accounts here and I love the people. Since they remodeled their bank, and they are now using a TV monitor versus a human being at a window to drive through services the level of convenience and service has dropped to way below standard. I'm super disappointed, I always like coming here because it was close to my office and my home and now each deposit takes approximately 20 to oftrn OVER 30 minutes it seems. So now I'll be driving to Mill plain which is literally 15 minute drive out of my way but I'd rather be moving than sitting in a Drive-Thru not accomplishing anything and not even seeing a human being to explain to me why it's taking so long. It seems like they're spending an awful lot of money on a remodel that isn't going to accomplish much. I know safety is often a concern with the drive-thru tellers but there seems like there's got to be a better way than what they're doing now

    I like US Bank the service in this branch is horrendous! I have had 30 minute waits just to make a deposit in this location. Now I drive up to the Salmon Creek Branch they appear to be much busier but are more efficient.

    I’ve been going to this bank since May as it’s the closest to my location. The ATM will NEVER accept cash deposits (all people who are in front of me have the same problem as they drive off cussing at the stupid machine). This has been going on for MONTHS now. They have been renovating the inside of the building for what seems to be forever so I can’t even go inside to get help. Fix your ATM machine!!!

    Bank Reps are very nice and helpful! However ATM’s (inside and out) never accept cash for deposits making the lines for the drive through teller and inside long and inconvenient.

    The WORST customer service EVER! I like the bank in general and have had pretty good experiences at other locations, but this location in particular is HORRIBLE. They complain to me about counting my money back and this time told me they were too sick to count my money back and they didn't want to hold up the line! They never greet me when I come in or even up to the window, never say anything when they're done, no good bye or have a nice day. It's so strange! I try to be friendly but it's the weirdest thing. We have talked to the manager a few times but nothing has changed, just thought they would be intrested in knowing how the customer service is at this branch in particular but they don't seem to care. Not saying you shouldn't bank US Bank in general ,but I most definitely would highly recommend not going into this branch if you want good customer service .They have also messed up giving cash back twice which is why I ask for it to be counted back. One time they gave me too much and another time they gave me too little. As you know, once you leave a bank it’s pretty hard to prove they didn't give you the amount you requested but that they took out a different amount from your account

    This has got to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have had an account here for some time and never had a problem at any other branch but this one. Now I'm dealing with a 4th problem with this bank. Atm took my card on July 5th and never gave me my withdrawl so I went in the following monday and low and behold they had a whole list of people that had the same problem, well they said they would credit my 200 dollars I tried to withdraw but in 10 days if it showed I got the money they would take it back. Woke up today and yep they took it back. I'm calling as soon as they open and I want to see the proof they have come up with. I have a feeling it's going to be a huge problem.

    The customer service at this branch is absolutely atrocious. Despite our best efforts to address the ongoing issues we had with the surely, uncooperative, and impolite tellers, US Bank was completely apathetic in attempting to correct the situation. I personally met with Nick, branch manager, and asked for his support to correct the situation, however, the level of service only continued to decline. I then escalated the ongoing issues to the office of Lance Rudge thinking that perhaps a high ranking individual within the organization would bring corrective action, but again was mistaken. My management team implored me to try to do something to improve the situation and expressed dread whenever it was necessary to go to this branch. It's ironic that the other branches we have gone to were friendly, supportive, and accommodating, yet the branch that was the most convenient and closest in proximity to us chose to behave in this manner. I've now made the decision to move all of my commercial and personal accounts out of US Bank and will never do business with them again. I've noticed several other negative reviews pertaining to this branch and one must ask why Nick is still the branch manager.

    Poor costumer service skills, don't give a thing about their costumers, won't work with you whatsoever, recommended me to close my account with US Bank and try a different bank rather than work with me, try a different location, or just go ahead and switch to Chase Bank, they're awesome! Been with US Bank for 7 years, it was about time for some better costumer service! THANKS CHASE BANK, and thanks US Bank for recommending me to switch, I Love it!
