    Went there because my account was frozen bc I had to verify I was a student. Brought all of my documentation. One, the bank teller assumed I was in college even though I handed him my school ID. He then proceeded to ask for my “college documentation” like I was the one being dumb. Which I found very offensive. Anyways, after I corrected him, he didn’t know how to answer my question so I ended up having to call the US Bank number EVEN THOUGH I WAS INSIDE A US BANK!!!! Anyways I was there for awhile and he promised to email my documentation to the branch that’s supposed to “handle it”. That was almost a week ago, I called again today because my account is still unusable. The man that was helping me didn’t anything correct and I have to start over with the entire process. Very annoyed and disappointed. Go to any location but here, seriously.

    So I came in pretty angry as usbank has screwed up getting us needed documents that we should have had in 2017. I came I. The banker Phillip P. Not only helped me and got the documents expedited which none of the phone reps were willing to do so I get the document Monday (today is Thursday) then took the next hour to help me with my business account I was having trouble with. He had the same troubles then sat on the phone while he figured out how to fix it and got me set up.

    Salvador at the teller line was very helpful and polite. I was immediately asked by a banker if I needed any special request. Great service and options.

    Used a different card to deposit some money and it usually works but today did not work and my card got stuck in the atm machine and asked workers if there was anyway possible to get it back and they said no. Get in my car and leaves right when another worker goes to the atm with my card and opens it. What is it with these people!!

    I deposited a large sum of cash in the ATM here, which promptly malfunctioned. Instead of returning my cash, I got an error message saying my cash could not be returned. I called the 800 number, and they said they would file a dispute but that it would take up to 2 weeks. Not acceptable. I've gone into the local branch twice, called multiple hotlines, and talked to a "senior banker" at the corporate office. Everyone keeps telling me that they'll be in contact with me, but I have not heard anything from anyone. It's been over a week. Meanwhile, my cash is still unaccounted for, and absolutely nobody at US Bank wants to take responsibility for it. This is no way to do business.

    Literally the worst usbank I have experienced. The General manager gm mclean told the two bankers to work on the tellers while she took a break. I waited for 20 mins. Not only me I have seen this happen 5 times The us bank st. Paul branch is the most unprofessional ran and overworked group of young women I have ever encountered at a bank. But I suppose it says alot about st.paul. I just cant believe us bank would let such a sloppy person be at the head of there branch where so much money is located. I also heard the gm specifically talking about how great it was to work at tcf when I and other customers gave her dirty looks. The tellers could use a little more training to on customer service and smiling. But I don't blame the team I blame the captain

    Friday night 6 pm 9/3/21 one atm is out of order and the other is out of cash. Great experience highly recommend.

    Gina is very helpful! I had a unique situation occur with my account and she was very friendly and helpful in finding out the issue and how to resolve it. I'm not a fan of banks but Gina makes things easier !

    I like this place they have a great staff members, Gina, Maria, and others are so helpful, the atm Machine might be acting up something but they have a great 👍 service. From Monday thru Friday When go there they always help me sometimes They make me feel like is my third place to be besides home and work👍
