The staff has been wonderfully helpful to me in the past 6 years as I've executed two trusts remotely in California. Nancy has gone out of her way to be helpful, informational and accommodating. I so appreciate the convenience of having this branch so accessible. It's so much more personal than calling the 800 number.

I give US bank branch 3 stars cause some of their employees have in the past really impressed me. However a recent experienced service was less than what I’ve known and expected from this branch. I’ve actually thought long and hard and probably edited this review a half dozen times, should I be specific on what happened or general. Out of the belief of good karma and forgiveness I decided to be general. I’ve banked with this branch specifically for 5 years everyone their knows my name. I experienced allot of disrespect on one particular occasion., and felt personally insulted at first. I plan on moving my direct deposit at my company over to a new bank and shortly my business account as well. I’ll leave it open with money in their temporarily while I’m changing my bills. After giving it a lot of thought I realized that the only thing I wish to express is that if this branch and some of those employees worked on these 3 things I believe this branch will improve and probably see a better profit as well. 1. Banking is a career not a job, their is No place for teenage sass, intolerance, or impatience if your a banker it’s not a job for those who don’t think deeply about what they say, and how they hold themselves. 2. Go above and beyond for a client if it’s 30 minutes after your shift but you know their needs haven’t been met don’t complain do it with a smile cause from what I’ve learned that bring a lot of value mentality. Do that and you’ll see it on your paychecks one day. Or a raise or even just the respect. 3. Whatever you do do not insult someone who while their giving you money. That just doesn’t make any sense and is frankly careless. Personal note in case you miss understand who I am speaking of. It was not the lady that was opening my account she did just fine she was slower but new. And I wasn’t didn’t feel insulted by here though she could have done better. Someone else at the company whom I chose to be (anonymous) I felt completely disgusted in the lack of professionalism. And chose not to mention simply names because Everone messes up sometimes badly but we learn from it however sometimes they are serious ones that weren’t mistakes but intentional I have bad days too and if I’m not careful they too can cost me money and customers. I will avoid going to this branch again.

No help whatsoever. Had an unauthorized transaction and they said they couldn't help me because my ID expired month ago. She then asked another employee about it and then asked me series of security questions. Ok. She then told me her system was having problems. When she finally could look at it she told me to call customer service. What are they even there for if they cannot help me qith my banking needs?

Money hungry Bank. The person who sent me a money order paid to have it produced and in turn US Bank wants me to pay in order to get the money from it.
