    I thought it was just my US Bank that was terrible with their branch but it looks like most of these US Bank branches are terrible to there is one ATM on the side of a busy street you guys have a perfectly good looking drive-through ATM area with no ATM's in it this is ridiculous I cannot wait to switch banks. The building is HUGE and has 1 ATM!

    There were only 2 people working there this morning. When I got in, one of them asked me to wait. I waited for 10 minutes but still none of them tried to help me. One of them was keep talking( helping?) with other customer in Spanish more than 10minutes because they’ve been talking already when I got in there and the other person who asked me to wait still doing something but any mention about my waiting . It seems like I would be standing there forever if I don’t ask. So I walked to the lady (who asked me to wait ) and asked “how long should I wait more?” But she yelled at me and said “I’m depositing” That’s all she said to me. No apology , No explain, Not polite at all. Her name is M***A. (I know her name but I wouldn’t say ) Bad customer service!

    Wait time is terrible. In response to the owner, I know I can do all that. I've been a member for five years. My problem is every time I go in to deposit money I'm waiting 15 plus minutes. This has been an issue for months and there are many reviews complaining about the wait time and unprofessionalism of your bank. Stop responding with an apology and fix your bad management skills.

    Three strikes and you're out! Attempted to open a bank account here 3 times in 2 weeks. First time their system was down. Second time got turned away because I didn't have an appointment. Today I had an appointment for 10. Waited in line for 25 minutes. Only to be told that a random walk in was taken before me. Was asked to wait, again. Only one teller helping customers, shows me poor management. Heard great things about this bank. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Where the bank actually wants my business. Very disappointed!

    I've been a customer with US Bank since 1986. Always greeted by kind and professional tellers. In Glendora there's only one location All the other locations are closed. The only 1 open is NOT close

    Only two employees in the entire branch, one of which was the Mgr. Six people standing inline and the Mgr. closes his window and walks away with no regard for the customers patiently standing in line. Inconsiderate Mgr. and poor management. I will take my business elsewhere. I am a local business owner and don't need to be spoken to so rudely by the pipsqueak Mgr. Sardor Abdullozoda when confronted!

    They deposited the wrong amount of money because the bank teller was in such a hurry to leave and they will never answer the phone. Super hard to work with I’m very annoyed. Wish I would give them 0 stars.

    You can't cash small bills for bigger bills without having to deposit it into your account first, only US bank that does this. Not coming here anymore.

    Rude. The person opening my bank account kept telling me that he was sure I wouldn't be approved. I completed my application elsewhere. Worst bank. There policies are horrible.
