Pre-Covid I thought this bank had good customer service. It got really busy sometimes, but that’s the same everywhere. Most of the time there was adequate staff and they were friendly and helpful. Not anymore. Few tellers/bankers there and the person I dealt with was not friendly or helpful. I left very annoyed and considering a switch to a credit union.

I have been using this branch since they opened and moved the big red granite boulder to the front. Been a USBank customer since 1976, starting at the main location in downtown MPLS. This branch is usually pretty responsive, with an occasional service lull during really busy periods, but quality fluctuates depending on the employee you get.

My mom has always used this location as her main bank branch and I have subsequently used it for all my banking needs as well. I've never had a particularly bad experience with them (usually I am in-and-out within 10-20 minutes and can only recall the ATM out of service a couple times); they were very helpful when my now-husband and I opened up a joint account together a couple years ago.

I needed to make an international wire transfer. Not a common request, I know. My negative review comes with how they’ve handled it. The first day I came in around 5 o’clock and they told me I’d have to come back the next day between 9:30 and 3:30 which is when they can process international wire transfers. The next day I came back at 11am and they told me the only guy who can handle international wire transfers just went to lunch five minutes ago and wouldn’t be back for an hour. I didn’t realize that only one person could handle these requests as they never told me that the previous day. This time, I asked if I could set up an appointment for the following day at 11am so that this wouldn’t happen again. They said that would work and I provided my name and telephone number. The following day, I came back at 11am and was told the only guy who can handle international wire transfers was out sick. I never received a call or anything. Like I said, I know this isn’t an ordinary request but it’s their lack of communication to me and respect for my time that has led to my negative review.

WORST customer service EVER! Nothing gets completed and no one knows ANYTHING! I spoke to the RUDEST LADY FROM PLYMOUTH WHO ANSWERED THEIR PHONE TODAY TO HELP ME WITH MY AUTO LOAN PROCESS. I WILL BE CANCELING ALL PERSONAL,BUSINESS AND CC SERVICES. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! The first time I had an issue for 3 months trying to get approved for a business line of credit /CC now I'm on 3 days for an auto loan and nobody cares to help! Supposedly they processed my application incorrectly over the phone and want to pull my credit AGAIN??? NOT OKAY! NO ONE WILL CALL ME OR TAKE MY CALL ABOUT IT! THEY have so many TECHNICAL ISSUES AS WELL WITH ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING! CAN'T EVEN LOG IN 99% OF THE TIME DON'T EXPECT TO DEPOSIT VERY MUCH ONLINE EITHER TOO MANY ISSUES! AND I THOUGHT WELLS FARGO WAS BAD!

Should be 0 star. US Bank performed very badly for the small business clients during COVID-19 crisis. We contacted them online, by phone, leaving message but no one took care of the PPP application. We lost the chance for funds. We will switch to other banks soon

Worst bank branch ever i have seen !! I opened business account with US Bank. But my banking experience from their banker named David Moore is the worst. He is the best example of worst banker ever. No communication from him, no updates from him, i have left so many emails and voice messages. I took my business elsewhere.

I think this location deserves better reviews. I come here fairly often for personal and for work. The staff have always been friendly and even remember me. The team here is hard working and friendly even when overwhelmed.

Drive through staff were quick, friendly and helpful! I was able to obtain a cashier’s check in about 4 minutes.

Even before the pandemic the bank had a slow drive threw. Now you can wait in lines for 20 min. Time to find another bank.
