Great Experience! I had two forms of ID and fully completed slip. Overall a smooth transaction. The mixed reviews posted by others may have been a single sided point-of-view.

I have been a customer with US Bank for many years. First of all, the ATM at this location rarely works. Second, and more importantly, after visiting this location on June 14 2018, I decided that US Bank is no longer worthy of my continued business. I went in to get a title notarized and the gentleman teller said the notary was on the phone and would be finished soon. He also said they would not notarize the other parties signature because they did not have an account there. This is an inconvenience and should not make a difference as long as one party (buyer/seller) has an account. After waiting about 15 minutes to get my signature notarized, and hearing the notary cackling from her office on what sounded like a casual phone call, the gentleman teller suggested I go across the street to Chase Bank (a competitor) to see if they could help me. We went to Chase Bank (the other party had an account there) and they did not have an issue with notarizing my signature even though I did not bank there. The people at Chase were friendly, helpful and provided such a good service I decided to change banks. Everyone else in my household is following suit. I would suggest informing this young man that customer service is a very important aspect of his job. His actions have cost your organization business.

Got my account 4 months ago and everything has been great except for today when I went to cash two checks. I cash them every week, the lady I did my transaction with asked for my ID they haven’t asked for my ID before so I asked her why so, and another bank teller interrupted and said we are required to ID you if we don’t know you, but again I come in this bank a few times a week but I went ahead and put it on the counter and the lady changed her mind that she didn’t want it . I asked to deposit some money and she said I can’t cash your checks and deposit the money from the check in an extremely rude attitude and I told her I have it on me in cash and she said well ok , again rudely, so in the middle of my transaction she refused to cash them and told me it was because my daily percentage was at zero, being as I cash my check EVERY week with little to nothing in it I was very confused and not sure what was going on and 3 of the bank tellers started all talking to me at ones, disregarding my privacy with my account, I ask to speak to a supervisor and one girl told me she’s on vacation and I’m not calling my boss while she’s on vacation, very rudely, they were very unprofessional to me, I called the corporate number and I spoke with a woman who was able to explain to me exactly what was going on and why they couldn’t cash my checks and I was able to have a full understanding of what was going on. But I’m rating a one because these women were very disrespectful to me and out of line discussing my account so loudly and not wanting to be of help to me. Unfortunately I had to go to another bank way out of my way and it cost me 7 dollars for each check cashed.

No stars is more like it. Had the worst experience at this bank. Went to cash an insurance check and the teller was very rude to me. She kept getting smart and wasn't helping at all. I very loudly asked for a manger and had to to find her myself. she told me she wouldn't help either. I asked if she was going to do anything about her teller being rude to me and she replied that wasnt her teller. this place is a joke and I would never bank with them

They do not honor their own checks, they charge $7 for each client's check that you get cashed.

I love the people at this branch! I live all the way across town and still drive over to this one. I will say that the ATM is always not working, even when they tell me it is. So that's kind of annoying.
Hello, Sara! Thanks so much for the feedback! We will be sure to pass on your message about the ATM. We appreciate you :) The U.S. Bank Social Media Team

Worst US Bank branch in Lexington. Always busy, and understaffed. Took 25 minutes just to deposit a check today in the lobby.

Had one employee tell me she was going to check with a manager and overheard her tell someone else that worked there a manager wasn't even there. Somebody who lies on such a small level is definitely someone I want handling my money.

This bank is extremely understanding and caring. I wouldn’t work with a different bank under any other circumstance! Excellent people and service!
