    When Andrew was the branch manager it was great. Now not even close. Keeping people out of the lobby is just digging the hole deeper. Hiding behind COVID when everyone else is open what a snowflake move.

    Chloe and one other girl are the only good employees there. This branch is slower then any bank I’ve been too. Recently they told me I only can go in lobby to deposit my business cash. Which I was gladly doing. Then they shut the lobby unexpectedly and wait lines were insane through the drive thru. Loaded my kids up to come deposit through the drive thru with my business cash and without any signage or anything. After I waited in line the manager told me I needed to now randomly come in the lobby ?? No signage saying it was back open after weeks. After I waited in hot weather with my kids. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

    There was only one car ahead of me being helped at the window and the transaction took 20 minutes. After my 20 minute wait I asked for change for $100. I was told no, because I have to have an account there. Just the other week my husband was able to go through the drive thru and get change and he doesn’t have an account. 3 stars because the lady was nice but you guys need some consistency in your policies. I waited 20 minutes for nothing.

    The reason I started with U.S. Bank years ago was their customer service focus. This branch over the last several months has lost their way in that regard. Everytime I go into this branch they are understaffed. They have basically eliminated their drive-thru window except for early AM hours when the majority of their customers are working. Today, I stood in line for forty minutes while one teller and one banker helped a total of two customers that entire time. What appeared to be a second banker walked in and past the 6 of us standing in line but immediately proceeded to a back office to hide. I watched 2 customers walk out while the rest of us all wished we could do the same. Management at this branch needs to make their customers a priority again and staff their branch appropriately.

    Taking personal and business checking elsewhere, how is any small business owner suppose to function with US Bank attacking with so many fees. They cant even keep their employees let alone their customers.

    Would be nice if the lobby would open again. Have to waot 45 minutes to a hour in drive thru
