On Saturday, May 7, walked into cash a check at the U.S. Bank on Sahara and Durango. Approaching the back of the line noticed there were seven people ahead of me waiting while one gentleman was being helped at the counter. After waiting five minutes and the line still not moving I started to look at what was going on. Two girls standing behind the counter chatting it up with a young buffed male, not even talking about banking transactions. I got fed up and started to leave…old lady made the comment, you’re not waiting? I said definitely not their not interested in doing their job when they’re laughing it up with 8 people in line nor actually completing banking transactions.

My experience is one out of a criminal movie!! It started by me being unable use use my ATM card and after getting them on the phone while waiting in line at this very awful unfriendly branch, I was told they flagged the card for a maybe fraud charge of $84 and change I could not verify that this was fraud cause I could not reach my wife by ohone( very ill) So the woman in the fraud Dept said she couldn’t remove the hold on the ATM card until they can determine status. I said that’s ok cause I can just show my I’d and make a withdrawal no need to clear up tge ATM issue now Ok, I was talking loudly as I have severe gearing loss in both ears snd I’m sure it Anoyed the so call person in charge , who was not the manager I was becoming increasing agitated by the lack of service and the fact the line wasn’t moving That’s when this woman can up to the people in line and asked what their business was And I explained my issue , and she rudely said get back in line and wait your turn! I did but had conversation with another customer about issues with US Bank she immediately said I agree with everything you said Well I finally reach the teller Fill out a withdrawal only to have her walk away and go get this other nasty employee She came to the window and said I had to come into her office( at that time I felt like a criminal) She said I would not be able to with money from my checking account until the fraud issue was fixed And I said that’s not the issue right now I have money in my account and a ATM should not prevent me from making a withdrawal( that was verified by your fraud Dept who said the woman was in correct) I ask to speck to the manager and her reply was she’s not here So I asked her to call the fraud Dept Which she immediately refused As anyone can imagine I was not completely frustrated as most seniors would be And she then said I don’t like your tone( yes I was probably loud but that’s do to me not being able to hear very well) And she then said if i continued with this issue she would call the police I said go ahead, I hadn’t do e anything and she scream get out of my branch!!! At that point I complete lost my temper snd cussed at her while I walked out!!! Now what this vindictive woman has done is closed my account with no notice causing extreme hardship with all auto deposits and auto pay And I have spent 5 hrs on the phone with different us bank people asking how can one person do this to a customer of 20 years and who’s had never been in her branch!!!! Anyone out the reading this. Rest assure it’s the complete truth, this woman is completely out of line snd yet US bank is going to allow this to happen and cause my family much grief and aggravation!! This should never have been allowed to happen I filed a complaint the day this happened to me with the fraud Dept and they assured me they would file a complaint against this woman!!! In my opinion, and other as us bank employees have agreed I have an appt with a branch manager at another location that I have know for ten years and see is going to try and help me, sh cannot believe this was done to my As I had many appts with her during my time with her branch(closed like many others) My name is David and I would encourage everyone who has had a bad experience with this branch to please speak out, what she did is criminal!!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible disgusting customer service. All teller windows are blocked off so you cant see if ANYONE Is working. You go to the office and the person in jeans tells at you for coming to see her when you werent called to her office. I've had accounts with US Bank for over 20 years. I may close my accounts after the treatment by this branch. Stay away..stay far far FAR away from this place DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH They dont know what they're doing!!!

Very POOR Customer Service. I applied for an SBA Loan which the US Bank loan officer assured me would be an SBA loan. I mentioned numerous times I wanted to payoff an existing loan and credit card. Loan officer lied to me and wrote up a regular loan and gave me the wrong payoff balances. He then assured me and offered to rewrite the loan without any further credit checks nor tax returns. 2 days later he's requesting additional tax returns, P&L's etc. He then assured me that his supervisor was going to handle the loan moving forward. I NEVER heard from a supervisor. I then contacted the regional manager, explained the ordeal to him and HE assured me he would take care of the situation. Needless to say. He didn't and wasn't able to move forward without the tax information which I had already given to them once. These guys run a circus act between each other. Nobody takes accountability for their wrong doings. Poor communication and instead of trying to make it right, they point fingers. After 9 years of personal and business banking with US Bank, I am now moving onto another bank. I obtained the correct SBA Loan, paid off US Bank loan after 1 month, only to come to find out they hit me with a $100.00 prepayment penalty that the loan officer again assured me didn't have any penalties!! WTH!!

I have had good experiences here. My originating branch is Rainbow and Sahara, but when I go to Smith's, I use this location. Smith's has gone downhill, but US Bank has been good to me.

☆May 2021☆Bank Manager Tabitha Dussin has zero customer service. She based her "up top" work to potential customers and customers by looks and what she is on that day. She is loud with ugly attitude (no professionalism) and it appears she hates her job. Her staff looks uneasy, like they dont want Tabitha to snap at them. Tabitha didn't know I heard what she said to my bank manager on the phone.

This branch is closed permanently! Don't waste your time. As you can see below Ryan from US Bank replied to my review. Unfortunately Ryan doesn't have a clue, nor did he even research if this branch was still operational. If Ryan had taken the time he would have discovered that the whole branch has been taken out of this location. SMH ... Ryan, how does someone go to this branch when the whole branch is missing? I am very upset with US Bank. They charged me a $6.00 fee in July 2012. Later they said I was overdrawn by $4.00 and sent me a letter telling me they are charging me $30.00 a week for 7 weeks and will then close the account. I made attempts to close this account and they said they will not close it with a negative balance, but did continue to charge me $30.00 per week. Now they say I owe them $191.00 and have placed a hold on my account so that I can not get another account until they have been paid. I want my $2.00 back and the $191.00 removed as a charge because I was never over drawn. This fee is fraud, If they would refund me the $6.00 charge I would never been overdrawn. This is an unconscionable fee in addition to being illegal. I will be posting my upset with the 40 search engines I am familiar with and making complaints to the BBB and other consumer organizations until this matter is cleared up. I think the free calendar that US Bank gave away this year is a poor decision. Why is my American bank (US Bank), promoting a Chinese calendar? I really do not need to know what the numbers & US Bank looks like in Chinese. I just dont get it!!
