    I’ve came with my mom a few times and EVERYTIME i come the employee always stare at me up and down. My moms not fluent in English so I accompany her so I can help her translate so I witness how they try and profile us because we’re Mexican. Our race doesn’t define our wealth. It’s ridiculous how my mother can’t take her own money out her bank account? Why is it suspicious that she wants to take her own money out? It’s because we’re Mexican. Do better us bank we deserve more respect. Definitely won’t be coming back.

    This branch is 1 minute from my house, however I need to drive to another branch since in this one all the times I have been treated in the worst way. They have 3 Indian employees who have treated me with discrimination for being Mexican. My husband and I have 2 construction companies and we go to the bank to make large money transactions but the ladies always make me feel humiliated because they think that because I am Mexican I cannot have money. people of any other race are treated the best because I have witnessed that. it is so unfair that having a branch so close to my house I have to drive so far to be treated with respect.

    I went to this branch to cash a US Bank check. I was asked if I was costumer and I replied that since they charge $7 to cash a check issued by their bank, then, yes, I was a customer. The teller's entire attitude changed right before my eyes. I was next asked for my address. I answered that it was on my driver's license. I was asked if I've ever lived anywhere else. I answered yes and asked why. I was then asked to leave and not come back. I am still baffled and cannot figure out exactly what happened. I asked repeatedly what I said to upset the bank employee as I was escorted out of the bank by a manager who refused to explain to me anything except how she would call the police on me if I did not leave or if I came back. This is highly inappropriate behavior for a professional environment. I did not pose any threat or danger to the safety or security of this establishment and to be treated like this was quite upsetting and even humiliating, as this happened in front of several other customers. Please know that there are people at this branch who are rude, inconsiderate, and discourteous.

    The branch manager (Rachelle) is the most customer-friendly banker I've ever dealt with. This US Bank branch was closed yesterday, but despite that, while I was there to use the ATM, I saw Rachelle take care of three walk-ins who asked her for help with a transaction. Her vocabulary doesn't seem to include the word "no."

    I had two reps from this location call me before my appointment. I was at work and couldn't pick up. I called this location back and no one picked up. I logged into my virtual appointment and no one came. I logged off after 15 minutes. Called the national number and they are limited on what they can do. The national customer service is 5 stars. This location I am disappointed, and took my business elsewhere for a mortgage.

    After waiting in the drive through for about 30 minutes, I was informed the bank’s systems were down and the only way I could make a deposit is if they hand wrote a receipt and a promise of the deposit to be done once their systems were back on line. Since customers are not allowed in the bank due to the COVID crises and the bank’s systems were down, what were the other five US Bank employees doing? None of them appeared to be working. Why not post someone outside telling the people entering the drive through that it is about a 30 min wait and you may or may not be able to complete your transaction at this time. Extremely poor customer service.

    Awful US Bank branch. Raced there after work as it was my only chance during the week to go open a bank account with them. Arrived at 5:15 to find 3 employees whispering in a circle. No other customers there. I said I was interested in opening an account there AND had some savings bonds. She quickly replied oh you can’t open an account with us if it’s just to cash a bond. I told her it wasn’t just for the bonds- that I wanted to join their bank. She said oh well it’s too late to open an account, come back tomorrow. I felt completely disregarded like she was going out of her way to not to help me- a prospective client. If I still decide to open a US bank account after all that it certainly won’t be at this branch.

    This bank has driven me to my wits end, absolute nightmare, and I don't even have a bank account with them! (for obvious reasons). Whatever you do, don't go to Lindsay or the blonde older woman. They're deceptive people. DO NOT get a car loan through this bank. Extremely convoluted and frustrating experience and it's only been a few months, they can't seem to deduct payments from my credit union and they;re hitting me with late fees!. They haven't taken a single payment out of my account, and I literally gave them my routing info. to my bank. I hate these people. Thanks for the nightmare of an experience can't wait to cut ties with you shifty imbeciles.

    These people are just a bunch of ruthless thieves, they wanted to charge $7 per check drawn on their bank when I walked in to cash it because I don't have an account with them. I don't know why intelligent people would maintain an account here and subject the ones they write checks to for this kind of fees.... Went around the block and found a rather great and friendly Credit Union (Sunset) and opened a free account with some nice and helpful people....
